They dont always happen when you ask but there can be miracles when you believe. God absolutely brought me back here to listen to this song. I sang this in 7th grade, a solo on stage in front of my class. Everyone laughed at me. I ended up graduating and going from that middle school to the top high school of music and arts, was the only person from that school to make something of myself. It was never easy. I kept speaking words i never thought id say over my life. I dared to believe. Now they call me "wanting to be white". Insecure people are a terror to society. I thank my Lord, Adonai for the strength to hold on and to pursue success. Ps they are all where I left them.

Whitney Houston's voice is truly a gift from God. Her voice is very powerful. I haven't heard anyone who has same quality of voice like her.
I don't understand why people have come on this video just to compare Mariah and Whitney. I will never understand the comparison/fanbase war that Whitney and Mariah fans have. I'm personally a fan of both Whitney and Mariah and I feel we should stop being so up tight and start enjoying both of their music without all of the comparing. They were both great and are apart of the vocal trinity. Celine is also great as well.
I also wonder how Mariah and Whitney would feel about people bashing them and putting them against each other. Seeing as they were really good friends.

Here's the thing, they are two different artist with different musical styles and capabilities. It really doesn't matter about the octaves, record sales, and even whether or not they liked each other, when it comes down to them doing this project together.

People really should appreciate their artistry and what it has meant to this world. I love them both, and miss Whitney so much.
But, I know people will continue to pit them against each other, but if you truly watch their video, when you believe and watch how they interact with one another, right up until the end. There's no way a reasonable person couldn't see the love that they had for one another.
