I am a firm liberal .I have never liked the TMC .For d record, on 18th Aug,2024 ,the victim's family has massively criticized the state govt .India has the CBI ,IB etc but we dont have a unit like the US Marshals who protect key stakeholders in cases. The family MUST B taken out of WB and kept in a secure location if this probe has to b fair.

Kudos to Kolkota H C . H C tore Mamta 's administration in to pieces although she is repeatedly maligning H C as BJP 's arm. By asking tough questions H C has exposed her role in protecting the WILD BEASTS and shamelessly rewarding the protector of the offender with a better placement in the guise of punishment. Police had no clue how to cover up their failures, misdeeds etc. H C also did an excellent thing by transferring the case to CBI. Mamtas instead of bowing her head in shame took out a procession in her own support. HC had not left no option to S C but to continue from where it had left.

Having West Bengal Police is as good as not having law-enforcement agency in the state. The incidents of the last year have convinced me that West Bengal is a dangerous state and police is good for nothing. This is my understanding now.

1* Why was the Police Commissioner of Kolkata not immediately informed about the gang rape and brutal assault that led to the death of a young lady doctor on duty at the Kolkata Government Medical Hospital and College?
2* How was the Police Commissioner unaware of the deployment of a large police unit to the hospital between 2 am and 6 am on the day of the crime?
3* What reasons prevented the Police Commissioner from being alerted to the acts of vandalism and destruction carried out by a gang at the hospital premises, despite video and CCTV evidence?
4* Handling of the Protest:
Why were the peaceful protestors, including fellow doctors, who were mourning and demanding justice for their colleague, met with threats, arrests, and violence by the police?
5* What justified the police's aggressive actions towards the protestors, while the criminal gang’s destruction of the hospital was seemingly ignored?
6* Police Conduct:
What standard procedures were bypassed or mishandled by the police during these simultaneous incidents of assault, vandalism, and protest at the Kolkata Government Medical Hospital?
7* Why was a known volunteer with a questionable background allowed to access the crime scene, and why did the police allow this individual to silence the victim further by strangling her?
7* What was the Police Chief’s response when his tenant, who was allegedly involved in the crime, returned to his residence after the murder?
8* Failure in Forensic Investigation:
Why did the Police Chief fail to initiate a First Information Report (FIR) for the murder of the doctor, the vandalism at the government hospital, the peaceful protest by doctors, and the illegal cremation of the victim before a forensic post-mortem could be conducted?
9* Why was there no immediate lockdown of the hospital to secure the crime scene and gather crucial forensic evidence, such as fingerprints, footprints, and other objects used in the attack

Mamata with so many twists in her with regards to this case. So much of manipulation and cover ups. Defending so many people. Sanjay is not the only one. There are many other complices to this matter. First call to parents were miss leading. Urgent letter to demolish building, timing of reporting the matter, to police investigation, 3 hours the bereaved parents had to wait. Meeting in a room near the Doctor's body was being held. Autopsy was incorrect. UD was incorrect. They thought they wrapped up the case. Took it into their own hands, their own law to their own assuption. Thinking case will be closed. What about 3 seamens? Only one was found. What was happening in those 3 hours. UD was falsely noted down, FIR? Cremation was hastened. So much of tampering it has made this case very challenging. Although put the puzzle together. Can work out the motives behind this? All involved in this case have to be interrogated. Why did Sanjay do whatever he has done? Big question mark here? Police incorrect information. 7000 people marching. Doctor's weren't allowed a peaceful protest.
Outsider being in the Doctor's seminar room. He has freedom to the entire hospital.
