i am trying to understand WHY there is (2) double eye lenses. You can only use one eye to look at such a close range, that is using the high magnifications.
I agree. I think the double eye lenses is unnecessary. However, if they're thinking about the condition of other people where they prefer to look at a thing with their dominant eye then having double eye lens is perfect because they can use any of the lenses. This is also useful for persons with disabilities on one of their eyes.

I bought these and they are NOT good at all. I have 20/20 vision , the working distance is much closer that what the video shows. It’s hard to solder because of the fumes and heat. For working on electronics or watches it’s not good , for visual inspection it’s ok. Buy dentist Loupes instead 2x or 3x.
This is probably the only one out of 100500 magnifiers videos that does actually explain the working distance. Respect && like.

This type of glasses is totally useless for electronic repairman.He cannot use soldering iron to solder PCBs too close to his face😅😅😅
