Five children??? And by the sounds of it, at least 2 fathers who also don't give a 💩 about them either. Agreeing to take on 5 kids is no easy task so unless mother and her sister stop behaving like toddlers having temper tantrums, those children are getting the worse end of the stick.

i saw her too. at first i thought she was laughing, but she was crying. she got more and more upset as more recordings were being played. i certainly hope none of the children were hearing that.
I think she's the mother and agrees with everything Judge says. Probably the same things she's says.

You should've paused on Judge Manning's face the last couple seconds when Ms. Martin said her email was "in there," (meaning the chatbox). If looks could kill. 🤣
I think judge manning is a great, she is humerous and sharp and very fair with the patients of a saint.

The gateway account is the public assistance portal that they are fighting about as well. She lost her 5 kids so that’s fine by her because she is 8 months along with another one. Now you’re a single mom of 5 and since you’ve made such wonderful choices in baby daddy’s let’s get knocked up with number 6 because what’s one more fatherless child gonna hurt! it's a shame that kids are in the middle of a sister feud and I know their mom is not pleased. I got into it with my older sister because she was pissed off that my middle niece called me about something going on in her house. We didn't speak for about 7 years. When I moved back home and that same niece had a party for her daughter and invited us. I didn't know my sister would be there but my husband was like do not fret its going to be okay. It was. we talked and now we hang out and talk all the time. Our mother has been deceased for 26 years and I know she was not pleased that we were at odds. But again, we attend events, family birthday dinners etc. But they need to get over themselves in order to do that, I am the baby and the baby always wants the support and love of her big sister. Praying for them and the children.

Can you find specific zoom hearings that were in front of judge Manning? There is a TH-camr who was sued for defamation and requested a TPO against her.
Her case went in front of judgmenting. I believe it was dismissed, but I would love to see that hearing.
She has two channels. One is called that surprise witness and the other is BJ investigates. The person who requested the TPO against her is named Lima.

The person suing her is involved with Mark Laita from soft white underbelly. There's a whole big thing. I've been following it for over a year.

This is not meant to be demeaning, however, neither of these sisters have the intellect to understand the court orders concerning the children. Both of them need someone to explain not only legal jargon, but some common words, also.

Power of attorney is not supposed to be used for custody and family law matters. I work for a law firm and I write POAs every day. A general durable power of attorney is used to handle business and financial matters. We write very specific other POAs, such as an auto dealer to allow them to file the actual paperwork for you at the DMV. Also some matters between realtors and for financial managers and stock brokerage type relationships. Her custody poa, if an attorney, only has poa to sign very specific documents on her behalf. If you were a lawyer, and subject to being sued every single action you make, would you even accept wide ranging powers to do the parts of a domestic court case? Not any reputable attorney. And if she gave, or thinks she gave, this poa to a "normal person" both of them are begging for trouble.

Yes, What your missing is the more children they have the more they get from the state they live in. Basically the tax dollars of the people that work in that state pays for all the children..

Silly drama aside, I don't know why we have to pick on people who use language differently than ourselves. Did she get her point across? Then she communicated using language we understood even if it's not standard or accepted. It's so awful to see gatekeeping because this person may not be as educated as others. Judge her by her actions and the content of her words not the words themselves. Makes the person pointing it out look bad to me.
I look at it as an example of people with skewed priorities. By now there’s got to be someone to look at as a positive example of how to raise children. Ma’am has at least 5 kids she’s unable or unwilling to care for. Yet she’s intelligent enough to operate technology to prove a point. Shes also intelligent enough to understand & work the system to her advantage. I have a family member who has this mindset. Her sister is raising her kids & she is raising hell to visit when it’s convenient & acting entitled. I understand sister’s frustration. Mom could use the time she has free from responsibilities to find a way to further her education & obtain effective communication skills.

To be honest if she didn’t appreciate the help I was giving her with her kids I would give them back to her. I know that sounds bad but I don’t need the aggrevativation of five kids that aren’t mine AND dealing with their b!tchy mother too. You can’t block her totally out of their lives, if that’s what you want you’re basically stealing them.

Omg Can We make it a law that people who have at least two children but don’t have custody can either have their tubes tied or never get government assistance. I believe that would stop this foolishness of these people having 6 children and raising None! It’s not fair to their families (Thank goodness her Sister stepped in) and not fair for the children & certainly not fair to the Taxpayers!!! Good grief lady you need to Thank God your children aren’t in the system. Unfortunately unless this lady finds God she’ll live her street life and have more children because they’re born with a job of keeping her welfare. It is shocking that people can get past 5th grade and still not have a basic knowledge of the English language. We are trying to insist immigrants speak English when natural born citizens can’t speak the language.
