This episode was gold! I can definitely do more to maximize my points for my airbnb stays traveling full time. Lucas actually explained some of this stuff to be at a meetup but I couldn't remember which app he said to go thru first. This was perfect! More episodes like this!!!
This is amazing love this guest and thanks for introducing him to us. This is really amazing because I didn’t know all the possibilities. Such an informative and amazing episode!
Omg... great episode... but the part that git me was the broken wrist. Under $500 put of pocket? I paid more when my kid fell, drove him to the hospital because I thought he might need stitches. Didn't need stiches gave him a bandage and we went home. Literally thats all that happened and paid over $500 out of pocket because I hadn't met the deductible yet.
I am an Airbnb superhost and we get a really bad rap. There are awful hosts and there are awful guests. I have only had 1 bad guest out of my many guests…and we do negotiate when possible. I have done that in the past. I have also had a few hosts give me a better rate. It seems in Europe, they want to send messages via whatsapp…so far it has worked for me. I stay in more airbnbs than hotels due to the cost and the space.
Lucas is dropping gems! I am taking notes. Also, I need an I ❤Hyatt shirt ASAP.
I think we all need one of those shirts!
So much valuable info in this episode. Thank you, LGTTP gang and Lucas!

Thank you for watching! Did that happen in the US? We're seeing very low health costs outside of the US.

It is so interesting to hear about it from the host perspective. Thank you for sharing your experience. We hope you never have a bad guest again!
