Nice work Gabriel, always good to see another Yaris on the move! Now I've got 4mph to find to catch you!
Tony, thanks for the comment. I'm still not sold on the Yaris, but it was better after rebuilding the car (the constant tumbling at as low as 10 MPH was weird). It seems that next week, we'll see more people in the 50 (and maybe 60 ?). Wish you all the best on your next runs 🤞🤝
Awesome speed. This'll gonna bring you very high on the board. Good job👏
Thanks Dirk 🤝Well, I was 2, so maybe I will stay there until Sunday. But next week, it will be more difficult to stay at that place with the same speed. Probably more people in the 50 and maybe 1 or 2 in the 60 ? 🧐
A nice improvement, Gabriel. The car looks nice and fast, just need a little more space to really get it going!
Thanks Fil. Handling is much better than before, but still not enough to go full beans at the start without the car going everywhere and easily pass the manholes (and then sweatlessly (?) avoiding the pole in the middle) 🤞🤝
That's impressive! Looks like play time is over for the rest of us. Time get serious about SPEED!!!!
Thanks Paul 👍 I guess next week we'll see more people in the 50 and maybe some in the 60 😁
Awesome speed on brushed! Congratulations! 😊🎉
Thanks for the comment. Will try to improve next week. The gap between brushed and brushless is huge 😵
Nice run. I hope I an get better runs this week. You car looks like my sons. 👍
Thanks 👍 Wish you all the best 💪🤝
Nice Run! Car looked Great!
Thanks 🤝 The Yaris looks not bad, still not sure about the handling of a body with rear high post. We'll see how it goes, still 4 weeks 🤞🤝
Nice run. Very fast for brushed 👏
Thanks 🤝 Won't stop there, I would like the 3 digits (in km/h = 62+ MPH) 🚀🤝
Awesome runs! 52 brushed! 😳🤜🤛
Thanks 🤝 Still, we need to up the game a little. Someone called Eddie went flying past our radar with 62mph... 😲🤝
@@coygtrc 😳….
Great speed. Congrats 🤩👍🏻
Thanks for watching and the kind comment 🤝
Congrats on your 52 mph. You are fast
Thanks Joe. Only 20 mph slower than you 👀😁 I'm confident someone will reach the 70 in brushed, but more ? 🙄🤞🤝
Nice! That's an awesome speed run. Are you running a gyro for control? You're doing pretty good on the straight away.
Thanks Freddy. No gyro as of now. I acquired a Dumbo RC with a gyro (will be for my daughter after the end of this challenge), so will probably try. Bear in mind it was in FWD, quite stable especially the braking 😉Rebuilding the car from zero helped too apparently 🤞🤝
That's some aggressive driving😮
... but it got you some speed
Congrats 🎉
Thanks Tom. Well, we have to go as fast as possible given the situation. My "straight" is short, and I can only really accelerate once I pass the manholes, otherwise the car is even more unpredictable. Still room to improve 🤞😁🤝
@@coygtrc since you ran in fwd, do you think it helped with stability? Since the car "pulled" itself along...
Difficult to give a straight answer as my 1st fast pass as 4WD was very successful, and then after a small barrel roll, the car was awful, and several tumbles later, I lost a dogbone. While waiting for parts, I tried RWD, and it wasn't good, the braking was hyper tricky. As FWD, no problem at all, but obviously, you lose a bit of traction, which is a problem when the straight is short. I'm in 4WD again and will try soon 🤞🤝
@@coygtrc yes, the available space is the biggest problem once the car reaches a certain speed... in that regards it makes quite a lot of sense that thebandit 1974 and eddie rc's are on top of our list...
Nice run. Good work. Is that the motor you ran in the dt-02?
Thanks Nick 👍 Still not enough, though 😉 11x3 for this run, around 40k rpm. The turns on the DT-02 motor are lower, way lower 👀 Right now, it makes no sense to run something lower than 10 turn on my MF01x FWD. Next week, back as 4WD and probably will try a gyro; have yet to decide on the motor 🧐 Your 56 is really impressive 👍
Nice video my friend ❤❤❤❤❤
A very creative idea ❤❤❤❤❤
I look forward to seeing your designs. Congratulations on your journey forward

Thanks for watching 🤝
I think that you need a bigger carpark mate! 👍 👍 👍
That's for sure 😁 But once the car is stable (gyro + 4WD ?), it should be just good for 62 mph (100 kmh). That would be great enough 🤞🤝
