Fun fact: According to Cato sicarius' VA; the voice he had when he was interrupted was originally Sicarius' normal voice, but he decided against it because he found it...annoying
I find his uninterrupted voice better than his interrupted one.
This has been confirmed by Bruva Alfabusa, the cracking you hear is Vulkan's jaw dislocating so he can speak like a "Waaagh boy".

To explain, Solitaires are unique members of the Eldar Harlequins, and are the only ones permitted to take on the role of Slaanesh in the Harlequins esoteric performances. As a consequence, unlike other Harlequins, their souls aren't innately protected by their following of Cegorach, so when they die Cegorach has to compete against Slaanesh in some fashion to get their souls back. Conveniently, there aren't that many of them, Eldar live a really long time, and the Solitaires are incredibly skilled fighters, even by the standards of the Eldar.

During one of the Horus Herey novels, Vulkan and Dorn meet up, and Vulkan actually does immediately want to hug Dorn:

As much as people like to ship Kitten with the Tau girl (forgot name of her), one does need to keep in mind that Kitten is older than her entire species. He has been alive around 10 000 years, where as the modern Tau have been a thing for only around 6000 - 9000 years.

Okay, Ephriel Stern is the main character from Demonifuge, a series of 40K graphic novels where a Sister of Battle becomes a living library of lore on the nature of Chaos. Naturally, this means she has Ahriman the Sorcerer, the Inquisition and the Dark Eldar chasing after her and because its a graphic novel with an attractive female lead, Ephriel spends a considerable amount of the story in her underwear

They are indeed canon to TTS, and things in the Pilot/zeroeth podcast is referred to in later episodes.
However, each podcast can be divided into two or more parts if that makes them easier to handle ... ... although, i guess the reactions could also be edited to only show the reaction highlights.

Um, let's say it like this, it is, indeed, canon, but it is also highly meta and perhaps not the most important thing in the bunch of TTS-based things.
Also, i know that especially the pilot concerning the White Scars has at times mostly exposition in the form of "..and it has this and that as well", but it perhaps adds more to the weird of the oldest book.

Highly entertaining nonsense, yes, with a framework of a story which encompasses it all, and even though the story is, indeed entertaining in its own right by now, to say that things that are an actual part of it, isn't ... that is simply incorrect.
My suggestion would be, that as for the podcasts, he watches the pilot in about three parts and records his reactions, and after that do as he like with the recorded material.
You seem to want him to catch up asap, while i think that he'll catch up eventually anyway.
I really wish you could make more of these to catch-up to the most recent one because the plot thickens.

Reactors draw a crowd of followers from the fans of the material they are watching, and those followers, in all likelihood, will go and watch the rest of the material themselves when the reactors' undoubtedly slow update schedule fails to properly satisfy their wants. Put quite simply, it's exposure, and it's not like Alfabusa and his compatriots are making a significant amount of money from ad revenue(that's what Patreon is for) or raising a fuss about people recording themselves watching it or including the clips; they're all pretty chill, they probably recognize the merits of reactors and how singling them out makes you seem like kind of an asshole even if you aren't necessarily in the wrong for disliking them, and all the reactors I've seen thus far have credited the cast and crew of TTS and insist that their followers support them, as they do with virtually EVERYTHING they react to, and I have yet to see someone actually take credit for the work Alfabusa and co.
I, for one, watched the entirety of TTS myself, and after several _years_ of sporadically checking, the series finally started getting a few regulars. I still watch the series from time to time, especially when a new episode comes out, and I spread the word whenever I can, but there's still something immensely satisfying about watching someone sit down and see the same thing I have.

The Eldar that serve Cegorach are known as Harlequin, dancers that perform prophetic theatre plays. The Solitaire in particular play the part of Slaanesh in those plays, hence "Stripper God".

I think surviving a trip to the Black Library is how you become the Captain of the Custodes.
for context: the Solitaries are members of the Harlequins(a subfaction of Eldar that independent from them, that acts on the worship of Cegorach, the clown boi), Harlequins oftne perform in habiated worlds even for non eldar(since generally no one will dare to attack ro stop the harlequins from doing so).
they perform their main play: the fall of the eldar filling g a number of roles: the solitaire is special ni this regard because they have ot play the role of Slaneesh , this causes them ot be a special case among eldar that cannot carry a soulstone(due ot the nature of eldar of embracing the aspects of everythnig they do, it would make dangerous for other eldar), by the way all harlequins are also elite performer/warriors this is why ppl wont sto pthem from performing their plays evne on otherwise enemy worlds.
as for th SOlitaire their role makes thme one of the few kind of eldar who is vulnerable ot having their soul consumed by slaneesh upon death, and this is where they get their special treatmenet among the rest: Cegorach will personally contest Slaneesh for their souls ot protect them. however..he doesnt always win.

The joke here of course being that the Black Library publishing company and the in universe Black Library are actually one and the same and that all the forbidden knowledge of daemons are housed in Games Workshop lore books.

Before you watch 26 part 2, you should watch Behemoth 1/3 and 2/3, also possibly Fate of the Alfa Legion. Either before or right after 26 part 2 you should watch 40k Theories video on Inquisitor Obiwan Sherlock.
Other videos pertaining to TTS but can be seen anytime now are Terran Drift, Vindicare Assassin, Vostroyan Charge, and Do Tau Women Prefer Human Men.

What's funny is that skull ghost is a Canon thing Vulkan sees in the Heresy.
I think Vulcan's body is still that of a Primarch but his psyche is obviously now an ever perpetually flipping coin that is one side human Primarch and one side Ork Warboss

To answer your question about what that sound is every time Vulcan switch to orcish I think it's his jaw unhinging to be able to make that deep sounding effect does anyone else besides me noticed the fact that all the orcs and Warhammer 40K have huge ass Jaws maybe that's the only way they can make that voice

Will you be doing "If the Emperor had a Podcast"? It's really fun, but also really long, so I'd recommend splitting them up into parts and doing them after you're completely caught up with the series, as kind of an in-between thing, like with Marik's Council. Don't worry, there's nothing super plot-relevant there, at least not yet.
