The sense of relief you get when using polaris against barrier knights is euphoric, I struggled initially but with Polaris it seems to be effective against unstoppables as well, not an intrinsically unstoppable effect, I think scorch (but don't quote me on this it could have been something else). Thank you for teaching me to kill again!
it's ignitions, polaris will scorch on its perfect fifth shot, and eventually will cause an ignition if you land them enough, and ignitions stun unstoppables
The protect ghost location only seems to work when going solo. Otherwise, just like the boss room, there is a space up the ceiling where several players can be positionned
@@gengarclefairy3475 When I do it, I can look left and right with no problem. As long as you stay in that spot in between the metal at the bottom since the beginning of the round, you should be fine.
With cheeses its enjoyable solo for a battleground gm cause of speed. The only thing sometimes happens when champs start hiding at the boss spot in first part or mobs stucking in envoirement and port (which is happening atm more often than usual) :D
Just so you know protect the ghost only works same like him if you are doing it solo and that is also buggy it doesn't work sometimes so do it on your own risks. Boss cheese is legit we did the same in last season too.
@@LosMuebles i tried with team today. so for the fireteam you have to make sure that they stay 1 room apart. It takes almost 15 minutes while only one person needed in the room and have to finish the defend ghost.
So does that cheese spot only work on solo? We tried this same strat with three people (two of us in the hallway, one in that hiding spot) and...occasionally, the scorn would mass target that spot despite our hider not moving at all.
Somehow he always gets the perfect spot there. Meanwhile they somehow smell me in there. I believe he found the perfect aligment there at the beginning. Look at the generator thingy and then dont move anymore
Great run! I thought I understood how add mechanics worked, 'adds won't fire unless they see you at least once. Even if they are aware of where you are at, they won't attack unless they have seen you (your hitbox).' However, I have attempted the cheese 4 times now in the 'defend' section, and the ones with grenades always toss them my way. It's the only attack that they will attempt. If anyone has some clarification for me I would love the advice.
15:38 why don't you just land on the ladder that's mounted on the wall and "climb" (walk) up the incline instead of jumping to the platform and then jumping to the top? Does it not work right with warlocks or something?

There _was_ one you could've farmed for til today. The only other solar one that's farmable in pve is the Thermal Erosion from Europa, but it obviously can't come with incandescent. Otherwise you've got Archon's Thunder from Iron Banner, or Unwavering Duty from Trials. Neither of which I know the perks for.
If you didn't get any decent rolls of avalanche, your next best bets are either Archon's Thunder or Unwaver Duty from Iron Banner and Trials respectively. They can both roll with field prep or auto loading in 3rd column, Unwavering definitely has the better 4th column options but if you're completely unwilling to touch trials Archon is "good enough" and can be legacy focused this week at saladin
@@Oberstien17 it depends on your goals really, 3rd column is up to preference, I like autoloading best but some prefer aubsistence. For 4th column incandescent is great for ad clear, but either cascade point or target lock would do more damage If you wanted to be able to lay into champions with it.
Radiant buff gives all weapons anti barrier. It doesnt change the antichamp mod that is already on a weapon though, like the artifact overload autorifles being active or thunderlords overload wont be overridden by radiant

Yea but I’d LOVE to see a single Bungie dev try running a GM WITHOUT a scout. They play like old D1 nightfalls, you have too much on the line to play stupid. Scouts and snipers basically only see use in GMs and yet Bungie is still worried they’ll overtune them. Brainless ass devs I swear.

I’m saying scouts are almost mandatory in GMs to play at a safe distance and then they’re basically useless in most other forms of content, and Bungie has said they don’t want to buff scouts because they don’t like the gameplay loop they provide of sitting in the back of the map picking enemies off from a safe distance because the AI is so as they literally can’t target or shoot you from a distance half the time. So I’m saying I’d love to see a Bungie dev try a GM without a scout so they can actually understand why we have to use scouts and what they need to actually address as the issue, because scouts are not the issue, they’re just the only safe method we have to play this kind of content. Same goes for snipers. Bungie is scared of overtuning them but most of the time they’re only useful in niche scenarios (snipers specifically have improved a little bit as bungie has been slowly buffing them) but point is, we’ve seen almost every primary weapon class get substantial buffs over the last few seasons. Scouts got one 10% damage buff during this time I believe. Bungie is just completely mishandling the weapon class specifically because they’re used a lot in endgame content, but they still suck in endgame content, they just suck at a safe distance.
I have one more trophy to get in order to platinum d2 and it’s to complete a Grandmaster NF. At this point Eso has given me confidence that I can just solo it and get the achievement myself😂
This has to be the most useless ghost in the 10 year span of Destiny. The traveler gave it to him only to hack doors. By the end of D2 this ghost will only have one revive. Really asking myself how you died in the Cosmodrome in the first place…

It works if you get into the right spot and never move again. I just tried it and it works. I hid in there before and moved and that got me killed instantly

Solar Ignition stuns unstoppable champions so when that explosive round from Polaris Lance hits an unstoppable, it'll stun it.

How are you able to fit all of those mods in your helmet?
He is using harmonic mods that use less slots when matching your subclass.

Drop orb, very small delay, interact. Allows you to dupe it, can be awkward timing to get right
