I had a large amount of worn Irish £ s d coins which I sold to a dealer in Cork, in 1977 for IRL £70 and he sold me a 1943 half crown in VF condition, did I do well then and what would it be worth today? (it's not for sale) Cheers for the video.
The 1939 in the flip is somewhere between XF and AU, in my personal opinion. The Harp-side (reverse) is in better condition than the obverse, however the fields on the obverse are well-scuffed. Probably around £20-£25. £30 including buyer's premium, perhaps more if slabbed.

Great info. I shall be going through my tin of Irish. I’d like to see an Irish half crown. 😎🍀💜
Thanks for saying so, hope you find one
Good fine, perhaps about very fine (Sheldon: XF40-45)
@@countryman5329 cool thanks for that
Hia I've have a load off mix Irish coins where can I get them valued in Dublin ?
Wait for a coin fair or a antique fair and look for someone there
I have a 1962 half crown what are they worth
Hey they’re common so unless it’s in perfect condition then not that much , less than a 10€
Free State silver, with the exception of 1928, is rare.
Iv an uncirculated 1966
Very nice
