That's the point- the 10/12 port ratio was supposed to be creepy. The non harmonic tone quality of the 10/12 ratio made it the most effective sound of any siren.

3T22 was the 2nd siren to be built. The Thunderbolt was first. The P-10 is recent.

That sound is from a klaxon cs8 doing alternate wail.
Casting sirens can’t do that since they don’t have shutters.
