Thanks for loading
Gorgeous and well-orchestrated! It is the little things that made composers like Krommer memorable and charming. The 7th chord at 1:09, for example, is so uplifting!!
I appreciate at the end of this morning, this affectionate music that surrounds me and embraces with its sweet and fragrant notes of another era, another world!
Fabbie piece. The second subject of the first movement is the same as the second subject of the Op 46 bassoon quartet. Another terrific piece. I love Krommer
Salutations
One is able to feel and to compose music and others are only able feeling musik. Whats wrong ? Not mutch men can compose classic musik, but mutch men can feel music if she is well. Why should therefore not spoken or written about klassic, wonderfull music ? Music is not a theorie - music is feeling in the heart.
This is heavenly music!
Absolutely marvellous. What a rare find!

BRAVO from Acapulco!
Why does this not have a million views?! Sublime!
Behause unfortunately he was overshadowed by greater composers😢
The Adagio (2nd movement) is brilliant. Beautiful and beautifully played.
Such an impressive and enjoyable work. Thank you.
There is much to celebrate from the 18th century
Mozart-esque ! Realy marvelus piece of music ! I could hear the opening over and over !
Hace recordar a Carl María Von Weber
F. Krommer writes for the clarinets so gracefully.

Great ~ thanks!

Thanks

I love Krommer
So do I. And this interpretation is brilliant too.
However, I (subjectively) feel still more convinced by the Sabine Meyer/Julian Bliss' performance.
A beautiful performance you are right that the performance of Meyer and Bliss is super. This is great clarinet music.
Try Friedli and Pay. Another top performance.
What is the title of the painting in the background please ? Anyone knows ?
Les Romains de la décadence (1847). Thomas Couture.
@@WombatQueen Merci !
You're welcome. (Pas de quoi.) ;-)
3:41 Clarinets in octaves sound like accordion
I love that sound and like to use it in my own work, I love the clarinet!
I have to laugh looking at the picture. What was the decadence of Rome! The music is gteat.Where do you find these painting[s]?
Classic fm
The Rondo is so intense! (and somehow tragic?)
When was this recorded?
+Dylan Ross July 1994.
i tried to like Stamitz clarinet concertos but just couldn't get into it.
on the other hand I love Krommer's.
Probably because they are more modern. Closer to Hummel/Weber in style.
Score?
It clarinets in Bb?!!!
yes
@@1233-p5f I was excited to hear two Eb clarinets!
What is the artwork?
Hard intro movement so Action to music Perfectly done of rythm...
Excellent music as good as the best but not recognised . A querk of fate .
Comments by too many people who have no real appreciation of music are not helpful especially if they are incapable of composing anything !!

Shut up loser, you ain't composed a song in your life
@David Horsman this comment is so incorrect it disappoints me to read such lies!
Too bad then that composers can only compose for other composers...
should be more dislikes on this. no trumpet part? sheesh.
+Steve Flores What? There are trumpets.
+KuhlauDilfeng2 I personally have to ditch early when we pull this one out. Maybe they're hiding something from me :p
+KuhlauDilfeng2 Or unless there are two of these concertos...which I'm now seeing. huh
I think I heard some trumpet parts, especially in the 3rd movement.
