I don't know why I haven't pulled the trigger on the sparrow yet but I feel I need one in my life lol

SU - agree 100% with assessment of Fowler’s Sparrow over other slingshots. I’m not sure my Sparrow shoots better than others but the feel in my hand is superior.

And that feel is the main thing that makes a frame shoot better.
If you like the feel, you will shoot. When you shoot, you will find the little nuances like draw, anchor point, pouch position, fork width, shot routine, compensation for distance, pouch release, reference point for aiming and all that stuff you never think about.
I have pretty much stepped away from the hobby due to obligations with school and internships and clinical rotations, but if you ever need a hand with anything just let me know and I will try to help you get sorted.

I disagree. It’s an excellent sling for a beginner.
Very easy to handle because of the shape and size.
Wrap and tuck fork tips to learn band attachment.
      Very durable material.
      Not very cost prohibitive.
Those are just some of my reasons I recommend it.
I would love to hear your reasons for not recommending it.
I’m always eager to learn from more experienced shooters.
