    Love this diaper cover. Will be making many.
    I just wanted to share with you, although it doesn’t really matter all that much, but front post and back post are the opposite of the correct stitch. It absolutely doesn’t matter with this pattern but it may in another pattern. 😎

    I have some super chunky yarn and want to make a newborn diaper to match a cocoon I made. Can you tell me how to adjust the pattern to make a diaper using that type of yarn?

    Will you be doing another video on different sizes for this pattern? I tried adding additional stitches for a slightly larger size however I was completely off and was unable to complete. Thank you

    what would you say are the approximate measurements for this project, like around the waist band and across the front/back panels? I’m thinking of using a very fine, almost sock weight, yarn to match it with another baby garment for my niece, so if i did the same chain and everything it’d obviously be a bit too small haha

  • @handsathome

    I used a lightweight year to make booties and pixie beanie. I want to use the same yarn for the cloth diaper cover. Could you tell me what the difference will be in regards to number of chains/stitches? Thank you, I’m a total newbie at crochet.

      Lightweight YARN**

    • @storybookcrochet
      @storybookcrochet  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I am not sure honestly, I haven't made this in a lighter weight yarn. If you are wanting it the same size, you might try making a ch in the worsted yarn and then one in the light weight so it ends of being the same length as the first one.

    i don’t think this pattern fits a newborn.. I tried it and it doesn’t even fit a build a bear…. if it’s for a newborn i think it’s better to do 0-3 months instead of newborn size because the cover wouldn’t be able to fit on a baby with an actually diaper on the baby it’s cute but too small for a newborn I made this for an order from a family friend and i high doubt it would fit her newborn
