If you're looking for a written pattern to go along with the video, then you can find it here : www.etsy.com/listing/646451564/baby-scratch-mittens-downloadable Thank you 🥰
The only thing is is what size yarn you used please,, i thought baby items use 4 ply baby yarn, i come on utube to find mittens for a charity shop , i have tons of 4ply yarn but alas no pattern, so what size yarn are you using please 🌺
Thank you for explaining why you do the different stitches as well as saying the stitches AND putting the written! Hearing it seeing it and being able to read the pattern really helps!
I appreciate shorter videos because they give me the details I'm looking for without the laborious "yarn over, pull through two," that I sigh through on so many other videos. I think people who are truly beginners should seek out longer videos, because those are more likely to have the slower, step-by-step instructions they need. Going to a baby shower tomorrow, and have a pair of these ready for gifting. Thank you for a wonderful video!
Wow Gracefire, thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a sweet comment! I am glad the mittens worked out for you, and I hope you will subscribe! Thanks again, Laura.
Same here, shorter videos precise and to the point! I'm making a few pairs of these as well for my grandson that will be here next August 💙, I'm so excited!🥰 Thank you for sharing!
It was easy. You were very quick but since I know I didn’t have a problem but for beginners it’s difficult. But I learned how to make mittens. Thank you
I am a beginner and I just followed along and made a pair of these for a much anticipated grand baby and they are adorable! Thanks for the great pattern and video!
Love this tutorial. Later this year I am doing a sponsored crochet for my birthday (28 hours) and plan to make a load of these for my local baby unit, so I am using this pattern for it.
Thank you so much Laura, for FINALLY offering a simple pattern for these adorable little scratch mitts....SO appappreciated by moms everywhere. It's so nice to have someone get right to the tutorial without all that jibberish. God's blessings..
Thank you, you did a good job explaining. I am making this in white for my grand nephew who will be born in a few weeks. I made two blankets, 6 pairs of booties in different colors and two baby hats so far. I love crochet!!!!
Absolutely gorgeous and you did a great job teaching me I love love love your videos and how much you care to take your time. Thank you so so much for an amazing and beautiful video
Just made a pair of these for my granddaughter due in Dec. Very easy to follow. I actually wrote the pattern down as you gave instructions. Much easier to follow that way. Thank you...
I looked threw yt and there’s no one of these for beginners and this helped a lot and the stitches were repeated so it was really easy I made these for my baby sister and they are so cute so to me this is a great and easy tutorial
i just finished making a pair for my little brother.he is 6 months old and really big for a baby so i made him a bigger mitten by doing a second increase row..so darn cute...
I just used this to make Winnie the Pooh inspired hunny pots for our nephew's Halloween costume. I modified the last stitch to an alternating spike stitch to give the impression of dripping honey, and they're adorable! Thank you!!!
Hey 🥰💖 not only was I able to do the booties,, thanks to this tutorial I made the mittens, 🥰💖 now my gift is completed with blanket, hat, booties and mittens🥰💖. Thank you Linda. Have a Blessed Day.
Woot!!! Thanks for coming back and sharing this with me Isabel. I am happy that your new baby grandson has some awesome baby scratch mitts to go along! Thank you for watching and Happy Holidays!
Yes she’s terrible….so darn fast…and the updated version is just as bad!!!!!! She goes so fast at the end of the row to show you where you sl st into….she should tell you to put a st marker there so you know where that first st is to join! And yes we’re not stupid, we know we can replay and slow down but she still goes so fast at those spots……..I’ll find someone else…..
I really thank you for showing me how to make the lil mittens my grandson was so happy cause they couldn’t find anything in the store so easy with your instructions
Love this~! I'm using your wonderful video to make a set of mittens for my friend that's having a baby girl next year. I'll probably check out your easy baby booties video after I finish the other mitten, too! Thank you so much for making such an easy to follow video! :)

Why does it pop this up skip 2 stitches, then complete 5 Dc in 3rd stitch after it says Ch 1, then complete 2 Hdc Half Double Crochets in each stitch in the round. (19 Hdc + 1ch???? I just don’t understand that part because in your video you do NOT mention anything about that particular part but it showed up in the subtitles?????

Hi a just finished my first set of mit but one of them is just a little bigger then the other. I made maY tie a little longer. Thank you going to make the booties to match and a beanie. Going to work also on a second set.
I’m sorry I’m not understanding, round 3 you say two hdc in each stitch but then a banner pops up that says skip 2 and 5 dc into the third. Skip 2 after doing the first 2 hdc?

so for round 3, rather than just crochet around,
