What I don't like about the railway museum is that is not normally accessible by rail. One round trip from Central on Saturdays and Sundays would be very nice indeed.
What a wonderful video it’s well presented. It’s good to see young people enjoying the experience of the past that obviously they didn’t get to experience like us older folk. Well done young man a great presentation.
Very well presented, young man! Your creative filming, background music and brief documentary made this a pleasure to watch. Just enough quick sequences of all parts of the museum to attract the potential visitor. You'll do well as a travel and tourism presenter if that is your future calling. I must check out some of your other work. Cheers!🙂🙂🙂
I usedto drive goods trains and retired b8 years ago i was at Delec started there as Trainee Engineman just as steam was being retired thank Christ dirty cold and miserable at times on the old steamers happy when Diesel came in my favourite loco's were the GM'S this video bought back memories best time of my life thank you.
Just like bunking sheds like Old Oak Common, Willesden and Kings + in the 60's. Happy days. Will have to make the trip from Canberra to the museum soon.
Me too , my dad took me on the train rides .. The train would stop , everyone got off to get that classic photo then everyone ran back to the train and away we went again till the next photo stop.. We wore goggles , stuck your head out the train window , your hair getting soot from the steam train 3801 and 3813 , those were the days 🚂📸👍
Thanks for a very informative and interesting video.
Great video.
Nice work ✔ Catch you on the next one.
A ripper of a video. I think a visit to the museum is on the list. Thank you

Brilliant camera-work !!!! Best images of Thirlmere I've ever seen !!! (But please ,,, slow down on the commentary. That'll improve your diction).
I remember going there as a kid in the 70s. There were no handrails and few signs. We could climb over everything.
@@ronwilson896 that's a dream right their

For a sec I thought 3801 was getting rebuilt
Nice video. Like me!!!
Nice Video, but at 3:34 having the NSW RAIL MUSEUM Banner covering the AIS Saddle Tank is very annoying.
Oh for goodness sake
I’ve been there before
