Can i study nursing in australia with a humanities stream in higher secondary education
He'll Dd i have been completed diploma nursing in overseas but I get less than 7band each so what to do?can I read diploma in nursing again...or to do bachelor?
Hi Asmi,
Either way, you will need 7 each in IELTS to get registered with AHPRA before you can work as a Nurse here in Australia.
What I’d suggest is, consider doing PTE instead. It’s relatively easier. All the best :)
Thank Dd and someone who had been completed diploma nursing in their own country and their band also less than 7 and 65 but over 5.5 and 42 then they can apply for Australia for diploma nursing or bachelor in nursing plz tell me .
Hi! If i study masters in nursing in australia but with a different undergraduate degree from another country, will i become an enrolled or registered nurse?
Hi Chelsea,
What’s your academic background ?
What is the whole process of getting registered nurse?
I've overall 7 bands with 7 in listening 8 in reading but 6.5 in writing and speaking . I want be registered nurse there but I don't know how to match university requirement as they want each 7
I really appreciate this info. Please, does it still take 3years to become a Registered Nurse after having a diploma as an enrolled Nurse?
Do diploma nursing need to pass entrance from now on?
I believe ‘no’ as you’re not claiming any nursing qualifications from overseas. There’s not exam to get into diploma of nursing, to my knowledge.
Hope this helps :)
