Gerben, another great ride! The cramping issue, you might need more sodium or potassium while riding to not cramp. I have made Sunday's my day of riding or I would never be off the trainer. The legs thank me for the day off too. :)
@@RideWithGerben I had a sweat test done and found out I lose 392mg of sodium per lb of water weight I lose while riding. This helped me a lot adjust my sodium intake while riding and no cramps since.
@@RideWithGerbenpickle juice works well for me. One small shot when cramping starts and it’s gone in few minutes. I had cramps on long multi hours ride and discovered it learning from more experienced long distance riders.
On the first one minute test I went too hard so the graph looked like a ski jump but did hit my best one minute power. The second test had a more reasonable start but my leg were toast by the 30 second mark. Those are painful. I was surprised it didn't change my race score. I thought one minute power was one of the metrics.
Doesn't your neck get sore? Looking to the left constantly. I've only been subscribed for a while and you are obviously fine with it...but I worry about the future :)

I was a bit confused too. Maybe it only works on riders who aren’t racing?
