Minor detail everyone fails to mention: When Rango points to the sign and says "As long as its still hanging there's hope" and Jake shoots it, The sign is still hanging on.
Are you telling me you haven't watched the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise? I'm actually happy because this means we can watch you react to it one day! It's my favorite franchise before MCU came along.
He will be watching Potc next year xD And yeah, I think the only franchise that is as epic as MCU is pirates of the carribean Even though I would say harry potter is objectively a better franchise(maybe even the best franchise ever made), it still doesn't match the epicness POTC
So you want to know how Rattlesnake Jake replaced his old rattler: He used to have one until the red tailed hawk bounced on his tail and started lifting him up into the sky so Jake had to bite the hawk on the beak till he leaves a scar to make the release him but his rattler is badly and painfully injured and it never made a rattle again and the hawk had to place a steel plate on the beak to fix it while Jake gets back to his hideout were it's safe and sound, cut off his old rattler and built a rattling machine gun tail that's loaded with like 50 bullets. It's pretty amazing to see that they had to put Johnny Depp and Bill Nighy to voice act a chameleon lizard and a diamond back rattlesnake as cowboy enemies and they were pirate actors.
Fun fact! this is one of the only movies to record the actors acting the scenes and recorded them for reference for the animator, so some of the movements you actually see depp walking that way
The actor who voiced the Mayor, Ned Beatty, passed away a month ago. With starring roles like this, I think it's safe to say that he lived his life to the fullest. R.I.P. Ned Beatty (1937-2021)
4:30 Johnny Depp was Rango and he also stared in a film called Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas when Rango hit the windshield it was Hunter S. Thompson driving played by Johnny Depp
I believe The Spirit of The West’s appearance is largely based on Clint Eastwood. If only he’d been voicing the character, then it would’ve been perfect.
Rango is an underrated bizarre animated masterpiece, definitely one of the best animated films in the world. It’s a great Western movie but with the wildlife of the Mojave Desert. Owls, Lizards, Toads, Crows, Snakes, Mice, Gophers, Squirrels, Moles, Bobcats, Tortoise, Turkeys, Roadrunners, Bats, and Javelinas. And also a chameleon.
When he hit the red card windshield at the beginning, that was the car in the movie fear and loathing in Las Vegas where the actor that played rango played the main character in fear and loathing
Two things: 1. Rattlesnake Jake was probably the one who really killed the Jenkins Brothers. 2. The Spirit of The West is supposed to be Clint Eastwood
The Spirit of the West is voiced by Timothy Olyphant, but he was modeled on Clint Eastwood, who played the Man With No Name, apparently another name for the Spirit of the West, in one of his earlier films.
This is a really highly underrated movie it’s one of my favorite movies because the moral is don’t be someone you aren’t. You can also apply this to real life. You should always be yourself. When we are by ourselves we tend to form the image of what others want us to be and we often forgot who we really are. You have to accept who you are.
This movie and The Adventures of Tintin were the best animated movies to come out of 2011. A decade has passed and the animation still holds up phenomenally! So glad you finally reacted to Rango, Timothee!
I agree. Tintin should definitely be reacted to as well! I think Rango won an award and beat Pixar that year(though it was "Cars 2", so not much of a competition).
When i was younger i loved this movie, and i still do. i have a new appreciation for the animation and writing. it's super under rated. every time i watch this movie i find something new i love about it. it's a true animated classic.
Fun fact Some believe that old western films were inspired by the first african American sherif, bass Reeves In the 1840s, he escaped slavery & settled into an old western town where both whites & blacks lived together because there weren't much laws, when he became a sherrif, he took down more outlaws than any sherrif in history, his greatest weapon was deception, 3 of his greatest tricks were going into their house in a disguise as an elderly person Playing dead until they got close enough Having them cornered with a distraction by asking them to read a poster for him ( which would help since he didn't learn how to read) When slavery ended in America, he spent his final decades as a U.S marshal
Rango drawing his revolver right in the little girl's face, yelling "I'm will blow that ugly right off your face!" is one of the single best parts of the movie. "Now, we ride!" with the mariachi owls is still pretty hilarious, though.
u should definitely react to more johnny depp’s movies because he is such an underrated actor :( i think nobody is as versatile as him, literally amazing!
@@appleglassjuice11 well many people only know few of his movies and he never got the recognition he deserves in my opinion, especially now that he lost many roles in hollywood because of that crazy bitch. I think this movies was banned from some places because there was too much smoking in it, but everyone having a gun and death happenning left and right is ok
This movie shows the reality that not everything is perfect like the designs of the character also by the lives of the characters unlike most of Disney which shows everything is perfect

yah underrated, haven't seen any reactors check it out!
Rango is such an underated movie, it just such a great movie
3:29 "In his unluckiness, he got lucky"
This man summed up the entire movie
I never noticed when rango is hit by the truck in the beginning, he hits the fear and loathing car. Where Depps character is driving it. Mind blown.
This is the best Nickelodeon movie ever
Rattlesnake jake is only on screen for a few minutes and he makes such an impact!
