Thanks David. That was the most informative and easy to understand exercise program that i have found so far.I had prostate surgery in january 2012,and have had 'dribble' problems ever since. You have given me great encouragement that i might be able to stop this embarrassing problem. Kind regards Dave in the UK

Thank you, David for the very concise and detailed description of how to do Kegel exercises . I haven’t had surgery , but I’m assuming my prostate is enlarged because of the difficulty I have ( and dribble ) in urinating . I currently take Tamsulosin and plan to augment treatment using your guide to these exercises . Well-done , Chap ; I truly appreciate your efforts . 🙏🏽. George Lewis, Sr. in the Dominican Republic

David- very well presented and user-friendly program for me as I am post radical robotic prostatectomy and was unsure how and when I might be able to curtail the incontinence seen as I bend at the waist, cough , sneeze, or simply fatigue, or when still semi-somnolent at night but need a trip to the bathroom to void. Sometimes that trip can be associated with the incontinence

I am very satisfied with my progress in regaining bladder control, after a Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy in August. I started working hard on the exercises in May prior to my op. and gradually built them up again post op.I am now close to complete control. Very many thanks again for making this information available to me.

Eating right and exercising (2.5 mi brisk walk daily). In five months I have went from 300+ ml leakage to now 17 ml daily. I am very confident within a few more months will be continent .

Thanks David, just found your video, I will begin on the exercises immediately, very clear video - to the point and and easy to understand. I hope they work for me - having a lot of issues with my bladder at the moment . I wear a pad (only at night) I seem to wake in time, couple of times a night, but when I start traveling to the toilet my bladder does not hold, and I wet the pad, sometimes worst than others. This happens about one night a week or so I hope the exercise work _ Thanks again.

I LOVE YOU DAVID ... THANKS A LOT. i have recently had my prostate removed . since starting your program in the ist month i had 3 nights where i did not have to get up during the night to go to the bathroom for the ist time in decades !!! for the 2nd month i had 4 nights of uninterupted sleep and now for the 3rd month i have had 12 nights. just wonderful.
the day time leaking has not changed very much BUT 5 days ago i talked to a guy who said his urologist said to practice stopping and starting the urine flow 10 x a day. this has seemed to switch something on in my body and i am now getting rapidly improving day time leakage results. ......................... many thanks from new zealand.

Maybe my procedures could have been avoided / postponed if I’d had information about these exercises earlier. The UK NHS gives very limited information. Post Holep operation I have watched your exercise video and put it into practice - not very successfully so far. Previously I used to have acute discomfort of needing to pee and frequency. Since doing the exercises yesterday the acute discomfort sensation has disappeared but I now have partial incontinence. Do I continue?

Excellent teacher thank you! Question: how long does it take to reach the point where the leakage is only occasional? And is it possible to reach a point where the leakage virtually never happens?

It depends on the individual. There are certain criteria which influence the speed with which men recover following surgery. These include age of the man at the time of surgery, size of prostate, where nerve sparing was performed and on surgeon technique. Hope you are doing well.

@@TheProstateClinicTPC Is anyone researching in detail why some men never recover after prostate surgery their continence or erectal function even with nerve sparing? (Even with aggressive rehab)
Doctors say things like “it just kicks in” which is not medical language. Their state of knowledge is embarrassing.
Someone must be researching this no?
      Thank you.
