My parent's gave me a Polar Teddy bear when I was born. Ever since Polar Bears have had a very special place in my heart. Seeing them up close is truly a amazing experience.
Danielle: crying and in awe
Momma Bear: "How do I eat you?"
Hahahahaha
Lol yea the whole time I'm just scared seeing it close...like what if someone falls over... RIP
ha
One bite at a time!
FUN FACT: There's some villages in polar bear regions where people don't lock their front door in case someone is walking down the road and sees a polar bear they can run into the house before they get attacked. Sounds crazy to 99% of us but most of these small towns everyone knows one another so that helps.
That is a Myth. You just walk with a friend that is slower than you.
The people from Northern Manitoba are known to be the fastest snowshoers on Earth.
But what if polar bear comes in
@@shivanshna7618 death I guess
But what if the polar bear asking politely to come in
Nothing that deadly has any business looking that cute!
My thoughts exactly
I’d say there would be a 99% chance if you fell from the plate form you’d get snack packed lol
100%
It will eat you. ...but yes animals are great.
Cuteness is subjective im horrified of that bear
Why do they gotta make an apex predator that could kill me in an instant so adorable? I acknowledge that I would _definitely_ die if I tried, but I just wanna hug them!
Play-wrestling with a bear is a mark on my bucket list that will likely never get checked ;w;
@@OMalleyTheMaggot It's is possible but the bears were acquired/trained in questionable circumstances. A couple of places in Russia I've seen have bears trained for the film industry.
@@OMalleyTheMaggot It's totally doable, but you wont be doing any other things on that list, so make sure to leave it for last xD
Having a stuffed polar bear as a substitute wouldn't hurt.
I once hugged a polar bear 🐻❄️ you just have to talk to them in a calm, cautious manner so as not to interfere with her cubs. Bears are so misunderstood!
Human: "Seeing an apex predator look at you from just a few centimeters away is magical and life-changing"
Polar Bear: "How do I access this dessert bar?"
Out of all the wild predators in the world that deserve respect, polar bears have to be one of the top ones since they do deliberately hunt humans given the opportunity as well.
We are slow, unarmed and go well with ketchup I guess.
@@lyravain6304 Not if you got a gun
I usually don't condone shooting predators depending on species. But Polar Bear is a major exception
I say it's fair game
That's why if you ever plan to visit the Arctic, you should always travel with a friend. That way, if you come across a polar bear, you don't need to try and outrun the bear - you just need to outrun your friend.
Danielle, you got me crying as well. What a moment! Polar Bears are majestic! This is your best story yet. I'm so envious. ❤ Since you were there, a story on the Arctic Fox would be cool, too. 🙂🙂🙂🙂
You look like the CEO of Koenigsegg, and that's a compliment!
@@orishaeshu1084 Christian Von Koenigsegg
She would be crying if she jumped down and saw what the bear thought of her LOL
@@villz1267 yikes!!!!! It's funny how something can look so beautiful and be so ready to munch on you at the same time. That's scary! 🙂
Same!
Polar bears are awesome. I honestly hope they survive, the Arctic wouldn't be the same without them.
You might say it would be Antarctic
Stop disrespecting me man
It's way too late. The boomers and their spawn aren't going to do anything about climate change any time soon.
RIP polar bears, hello malaria mosquitos!
best case we see polar bears go south and we see more Grizzly/polar hybrids in the future.
Their ancestors adapted to life on ice, I don't see why their descendants can't adapt to life on land.
“And I’m out here lookin like a snack”
Danielle always looks like a snack 🥰
Facts 💯
To be fair, all human there looks like a snack.
`it wants to eat you not spend time with you. All you’re doing is teasing the bear.
Such a beautiful episode. And a positive one too, adapting human settlements to the bear's behavioral change due to climate change.
Thank you Danielle and team!
CBC has a series called "Artic Vets" which is about the Winnipeg's Assiniboine Park Conservancy which works with the Churchill population. They have lots of content on Polar Bear generally as well as conservation of other Arctic animals.
Thanks! I'm gonna have to check that out!
Ooh, thanks for the info. BRB gonna binge arctic animal content.
I imagine once the bears realized you weren't food (or easily accessible food 😂), they were just curious about everyone. That was a really beautiful moment. Also, I don't know why I assumed polar bears lived in Antarctica. It was one of those assumptions I made and never thought through.
If you ever get a chance to visit Cochrane you can get to see some rehabilitated polar bears with just a pane of glass between you and them. Churchill is probably a better experience because it's their actual environment. But Cochrane is pretty impressive. They've given them land with a stocked Lake so the bears can go hunting.
I saw a polar bear in San Diego zoo.
The fact that humans have found a way to co-exist (somewhat) peacefully with one of our natural predators is an amazing feat
One of those problem bears was Mercedes who ended up at Edinburgh Zoo in Scotland. She spent her last years at Highland Wildlife Park testing a new, more natural enclosures with a rather surprising barrier, deer fencing! When Mercedes was given a health check, the old girl still had all of the fur between the pads on her feet, something that is apparently unusual in polar bears housed in an all concrete enclosure.
Such words. Tainted for all of time

I remember my school talking about a program they run where they take students up there to Churchill to learn about polar bears. This video is really cool :)
Thank you Danielle, Dylan, Jim, Cat, and Andres!
Danielle,
I’d love to see you do a video on your illustrations and sketches, and how it’s informed your understanding of anatomy and nature.
I love how much this experience moved you. I think we would all feel the same.
The first time I saw a polar bear was in a zoo and that was shortly after my mom passed, polar bears are her favorite animal she's always wanted to see and it made me cry when I got to see them
Ursus maritimus, what a beautiful species, just keep your distance, I saw the video where a polar bear was trying to reach a cameraman and some people thought it was for friendly bear hugs. When you're out on the arctic sea, you'll take what you can get.
When I saw her crying, I saw her passion. She is truly inspiring.
I was really touched by Danielle's reaction to seeing the polar bears.

I love that intro music... It's like... What exciting animal adventures are we in for today!?

You crying made me cry. I’m a 48 year old man Danielle! 😄 Love watching you geek out with the polar bears! ☺️😊
This was easily my favorite episode yet (unbiased!), it was incredible seeing how much it meant to you too. I'm so glad you had the good fortune to be able to share this beautiful moment with us!
Very glad the Animal Logic team for to visit Churchill. :)
This is AMAZING!!! I can’t believe how close the bears were!!!!
I will say that going "nasty little polar bear!!! bear jail for you!!!!" is a hilarious solution to the problem of bear-human conflicts
The humans should be jailed not the bears

Yep. From what I've heard while being on Yamal, people, who encountered this thing out in the open divide on the ones, who had an assault rifle, and the ones, who were eaten alive.
TQ to Daniella and the team of animalogic for making these vids even during the pandemic, also Daniellas cheerfully voice full of excitement is wonderful to hear at the end of a stressful day.

Humans in the bus : magnificent!

I'm so glad you finally addressed the sploot at the end! I literally rewound the video at the first sploot shown just to get a second look. 😅 I have a Corgi, so it's sploot city at my house. But, seeing a polar bear sploot was just magical. ❤️🥰
Danielle, I really appreciate your love for animals. I'm truly thankful that you had this experience ❤️
This was so beautiful. Thanks for taking us along on your adventure. Amazing animals ❤️
I think this is incredible. Thank you Danielle so much for your generous contribution to TH-cam 💓 I was moved to tears watching you rejoice around these magical animals. Warm regards from Newcastle U.K 💚

Danielle, you're pretty amazing!!!! this video must have been so much hard work and the amount of time and energy and resources spent on this is clearly visible. You guys did an amazing job on the videography the writing, and especially the hosting !! I particularly liked how you interweave the story with the adventure. Also props to the sound and song selection, serene and peaceful to further add to the wonder of the videeo !!! Ah simply wonderful

What a great experience! I was tearing up right alongside, thinking of the privilege that town has brought humans and bears alike: coexistence.
Outstanding documentary with excellent narration. Your love of animals show through in your videos because of emotions which is amazing. They got the best of you today and it was lovely to see you so emotionally involved. Thank you for sharing.
This was amazing! Thanks for sharing!

So happy for you that you got to see polar bears up close! Love your content!
So *that's* why there's no polar bears in the outback of Australia.
“All the animals out here are basically striving for the same thing: To become an orb.”
This is my new favorite way of explaining arctic adaptations.
Seeing this has reignited my love of bears - this was an amazing episode!!
So proud of Danielle and the Animal Logic team! I can't wait to see what they do in the future!

Amazing images. And seeing the emotion on Danielle's face really brought it home
I worked in Churchill this fall with Tundra Inn, I even lived across the street from Lazy Bear!
You are so lucky
Your polar bear encounter is truly a magical and heartwarming moment. It will be truly devastating if these majestic animals will be gone in this planet. Hopefully there could be a way to save them and their natural habitat.
What a special episode! I teared up a lil when you teared up watching the polar bears. Adding this to my bucket list for sure! 🥰
Thank you, Animalogic you have saved my life I would have been in school but I have the worst stomach ache and im so glad I can learn about animals too.

I would love to see more videos on other arctic animals like orcas or seals.
Danielle is absolutely gorgeous in every way possible, that look of endearing joy sweeping over her face when observes the bears just makes my day. Thanx for the awesome material as usual Animalogic.

First of all, I want to let you know that I sincerely appreciate the efforts of changing the world, so this is a honest concern of mine and I am legitimately interested in the answer since I’ve donated to similar organizations before with the same questions in mind.
How do I know that organizations like Klima are actually planting trees? Do they have an impact section?
I really want to participate but I dont know how legit the program is !!

Great job, Danielle. Makes more of a case for the dangers of global warming. Your humour makes the serious parts more enjoyable, as does your genuine emotion.
my biggest problem with nature is that so many dangerous animals are so cute. the bear is just so friendly looking and i want to hug it without being mauled.
They’re so beautiful and majestic. You just want to cuddle them.
They’re one of my favourite animals and I so want them to stay around
I love this. Danielle is amazing as well.
I feel bad when I hear humans say that animals have entered our territory.
Why don't humans say that we have encroached the animals territory when they enter places where humans have settled ?
We humans require lot more space than what we actually need. The fauna and flora struggle to survive and we humans struggle for ...(There's a lot)
Another awesome video! Great shots. Great story telling. Great energy and personality. Thanks for all you do!
I love your videos. I’ve been watching them for about a year now. Thank you!
