I have been an avid fan of ASMR for years but when I tell you that the sticky roller on the vinyl sheet is one of the BEST sounds I have ever heard !

I've become obsessed with Pukka Tea and I *love* their Elderberry and Echinacea blend. I had a cold I couldn't seem to shake and drank that once a day for two weeks straight and finally got over it. So cool to see you using them as a prop. Thank you Rhianna for another heavenly video.

I’m also someone who’s never experienced them. I have insomnia and I’ve tried so much and even resorted to drugs and it still doesn’t help. ASMR is the only thing that can make me fall asleep nearly instantly so even though I’m missing out on the tingles I’m still glad I get to enjoy asmr in my own way.
Same! Never experienced tingles and I'm ok if I never will, but the relaxing quality of ASMR has been a godsend in my life do calm down, unwind and actually force myself to get some me time.

I have been struggling with sleep a lot lately and constantly feel the need to take naps, rest, lie around all day, etc. I overall just have been exhausted all the time, which is the worst being that school is going to start up again very soon for me.
