Tonight I have 20 various wooden (and wood related) triggers for you to relax, study or fall asleep to 💤 I tried to use lots of different types of wood and included some cork, pine, beech, mango & rosewood, plus some more experimental triggers such as typing on a bamboo keyboard & some scratchy biodegradable plates made from fallen palm leaves! :) I hope you’ll enjoy these natural triggers and get something positive from the sounds 🌳 Many thanks for watching and sending you lots of love ~ Rhianna ❤️✨ xoxo

Seriously, I agree. It's good for balancing me out. It is entertaining and sensual. I used to run my fingers over all the different textures in home Depot before I got nerve pain in my fingertips. This is vicariously satisfying for me as well. I also appreciate the variety of sounds for mindfulness meditation. It helps me relieve the previously mentioned nerve pain. Your pacing is great too. I love how you draw the sounds out and give them space as a frame to enhance them. I agree with Tripp55's comment on all of that. Thank you

Whenever I have trouble going to sleep at night, I always look up “Asmr videos to help you sleep” and I can NEVER find the right video. But I have now found the right video! This is so calming and relaxing! I could listen to this for hours!:)
tip for anyone who’s stopped getting tingles:
take a break from asmr (i did 2 weeks) and then go back to it. i know it’s worked for me and for others.
even though I’ve never really felt tingles, except in some very particular instances, I feel like ASMR doesn’t have the same relaxing effects on me as it did when I started getting into it (about 4 or 5 years ago), but I’ve become so addicted I don’t know if I’ll be able to stop listening to it for 2 whole weeks :(
(also, now that I think about it Viktor seems like the type of person who would LOVE asmr hahah)

Then after months my other cousin (he comes from south africa or something and not my biologic cousin, ik very important) showed it while we were sleeping in outside. Then i just fallasleep, idk was it about cause i was so tired, but it still worked.
