It's a musical orgasm. I learned every note from his fingers to play it on my gibson midtown custom!

Very nice playing, congrats! I loved the feeling and the clean playing. I'm looking forward to buy a Midtown, it seems like a very versatile guitar. I want a really smooth jazzy sound like you have with your ES-175, but I don't have enough money to buy that one :P , and I'm not sure about other hollowbody jazz guitars around Midtown's price or less. So I think this guitar could give me a decent soft jazzy tone and be versatile enough to play with overdrive too.
    Thanks for sharing your music!

Thanks for listening! The Midtown is a nice guitar. I'm using now the ES-339 with 12 flatwounds strings. Sometimes witth one set with 13 for high E and 17 to B I think you will enjoy even better. The ES small body mix with heavy flat strings make it sound like a big jazz box and like a les paul if you want. The pickups are Gibson 57s the best humbucker ever made. I Love 339s!

The laminated maple body and top is the big diference.

Thanks for the attention, and the tips for the strings and stuff...Appreciate!
Surely the ES-339 is an amazing guitar, probably my fav, but stills too expensive for me right now. So I'm thinking about getting the Midtown, but I also considered the Gretsch G5420t electromatic, 'cause Is a hollowbody and I think it can give me a jazzy big box tone. So, thank u for the answer!

In this case the Midtown will be a better joyce in my opinion. The Gretsch fits better for country or 50's Rock.

Sergio Eibes you could also buy a used ES-137 custom for about the same as a midtown, if you prefer a hollow body rather than chambered for a fuller tone.

Nice vid! What kind of strings are on this midtown? If I press too hard on mine they go out of tune, they are 10s so I'm thinking going to 11s

I'm using 011s but if you play only jazz you should try a flatwound set
