Dipping in the beautiful River Dart whilst on a meditation retreat 💙

This was an absolute joy, and so peaceful (as you can see from the video). Everywhere I go, even on retreat, I find away to be near the water and get in (naked or not)!

Yes, well I dipped there again last week every day when I was on retreat and stayed in much longer this time 😁
