Nippy November Outdoor Dip!

Join us for a nippy wild swim! Not all November days are dark, and we're making the most of the light today. Getting out and about during daylight is crucial for our wellbeing, particularly as the days get shorter. We've been outdoor dipping for a few years now, so are used to the cold water.
