- In a daring attack on the Karachi harbour on the night of 4 Dec 1971, the Indian Navy Imposed substantial losses in terms of ships and shore establishment of the Pakistani Navy. The date of the attack is celebrated by the Indian Navy in all its ships and establishment as Navy Day.

Interviewer, stop interrupting the flow. Please shut up. ofcourse you read about it and know a lot about the operation. The officer is giving his experience, not reciting a script for your movie. If we wanted to know all about the operation we will read a book not waste our time with you.
Cdr Diwan has wonderful experiences to share. Perhaps he could have narrated in a more structured and chronological manner with some written notes at hand. Also avoiding the abbreviation could have been better for commoner to understand. The frequent interruptions by Cdr Sharma to explain better, could have been avoided.
