Those guys who got charged $400 - Not sure how that worked.

I too went to a 1981 WS game (game 2, Old/Great Yankee Stadium. Yanks win 4-3.) Two hours before gametime, best Scalper price: $125/per. Minutes before game time, we paid $50/per and were seated just as the National Anthemn ended.

Another great example are Ryder Cup tickets at Bethpage Black being like $700 for grounds tickets, $250 for practice rounds. It's because they can get away with it. Met him at a gate and he told security “them 2 are with me” and we walked right in. Then we had 2 seats in the Phillies family section. I never had a physical ticket on me or saw one. Unbelievable.

Big tv at home in HD is quite pleasing even though too much centerfield camera and not enough of the mid-level behind home camera that puts us in the batter's box, a fastball looks fast, we see the fielders, it's baseball not a video game.
