    I would love to live in one of those homes they are a work of art!!! I love the one made by EBuilders because I love that butler's pantry with large windows and walk-out basement. I can easily picture myself and my family living in it.

    Is Summit Creek in Woodland Hills? Are any of those models less than $2.5 mil? I saw a video of a model built by Split Rock (791 S Nebo circle) about 3 years ago, but that sold a long time ago. Split Rock makes some really nice homes.

    People dont realize the beauty of this home belies a terrible trap of maintenance, care, and huge expense that balloons quickly. These parade houses will own their owners.

      That’s interesting you say that, I know several owners of these homes and that has not been the experience I have heard from them.
