Hello Peter, This Waterfront Mansion Lantano is magnificent, The Great Room , Formal Dining Room The kitchen and the Dinntte area is very nice, The Waterfront Backyard is amazing with the pool yes I can picture enjoy my coffee in front of the beach, I like the nature, walking on the bridge to the yacht is amazing, I will choose yachting at the Sunset 🌇 ⛴️ , The Primary Bedroom is nice and the Primary Terrace is perfect to watched the Waterfront view beautiful 💛🏝🌊🏞 i enjoy watching this video.
Let me start of by saying wow the exterior & great room to this home is beautiful Peter ! The backyard resort style pool is perfect 👌🏽. What more can I say about this mansion it's definitely has all the features I love . I woukd definitely jetski and spend afternoon with family on the water. Thank you Peter for sharing. thats a great house, love that the park is next door so no neighbors on that side. my only nitpick is that the kitchen stovetop is not really chef inspired. im in the business, and you need a gas stove for that comparison. othen than that, its a great property for sure. if youre worried about seawater, you can always put big boulders on the edge of your property i guess..
Can you imagine what the flood insurance premium is on this place since hurricane Ian trashed Florida last year ? I'll bet that has something to do with them wanting to sell

For all the good any of this insurance will do, thanks to the gerrymandered supermajority party. Multiple special sessions of the legislature, pretending to do something about the homeowner insurance exorbitant rates and the failing state sponsored Citizens Insurance, and all that the GQP did was kneecap homeowners who want to go after companies that don't pay their claims, and eliminate time lines that they have to pay hurricane claims. Thanks a pantload.
