I have an open loft with a column also where the TV should be. Putting that TV on a fancy tripod would make that living space look so much better.
Not sure if it's a NY thing, but i love wooden floors, these shiny tile floors just doesn't do it for me.
You'll love them until you have to redo them.
Most don’t in Florida due to humidity water warping etc. tile is the way to go here.
