Hi when you use the you buy service, in the webpage where you want to buy, they ask for your name, do i have to put my name or there is a given name from delivered korea that i have to give?
is it possible to reduce the package value on the final box before shipping to reduce customs ?
hello! first of all thank you so much for doing this video its helped alot! im trying to do an order on ktown and im doing the you buy option but im getting confused on putting in the korean address. the postcode finder on ktown gives me two options to choose from and they both have information thats on dk’s your address so im not entirely sure which one to choose (i hope i explained that okay )
i’m seeing this very late so i hope you were able to figure it out! it’s good to pay very close attention to the numbers written as thats what usually can be wrong with automatic results!

hi! first of all thank you so much for doing this video and helping us to understand a little bit better how it works. I'm planning to use it today for the first time but there's something i'm a little confused about, I'm planning to do an order of around 45 albums and i'll be buying them myself but I was checking the website and I saw that the form that they make you filled ask the price per unit and I don't know how to specify that since most of the albums are different albums with different prices, I will order them all together but I don't know if I have to specify each album that will be in the order or how to do it, could you help me to understand better?

Is there a way to see what is included within the different shipping methods? Because i kinda wanna know why some are cheaper than the other. Also is payment possible with both paypal ff or g&s ?
hi! since this is a services company all payment through paypal are g&s (those fees are already included in the price, the only ones you might have to pay on top on it are paypal currency exchange fees). for shipping each carrier has different rates and methods of calculating (depending on weight, volumetric weight, dimensions of the package, etc) but you’d have to go on each website separately to have a breakdown for that. i’m pretty sure every shipping method available on deliveredkorea is tracked and they will let you know how much time on average is expecting for delivery

When ordering from Weverse you have to fill in the address and then another one on "address line 2" What am I supposed to write there?
the second line should have any part that hasnt be filled in automatically! that usually includes your Suite number
Hi! do you know if they have an option to change the product price for to avoid customs?
the website says you can’t but you can usually change the value when you click on your package details (before consolidation)
what happens if you try to submit a order for bunjang but they arent able to get the item for you? like i had one thats about $4 but after all the fees added its $13. would they return all $13 usually or like item price and bunjang fee but keep their $5 fee since they had to try to ordered it even tho they couldnt get it for whatever reason.
i’ve not had an order cancelled but i assume they would refund you completely!

that depends on where you’re shipping to and the weight/size of your package. you can try to get an estimation with the shipping calculator!

if you’re ordering from the korean website i’d recommend writing down the address in korean. but usually it should say when you have to input the address if it has to be in korean or not

hi! i dont think you can put the price as 0$ but you could try! if it doesnt work i think simply the price for the shipping should work just fine ^.^

the free storage period is of 30 days. you can pay for extra storage 1$ a day for another 30 days. afterwards your package will be expired

This is country specific / if you’re a company. It shouldn’t be mandatory to fill in if you don’t have one!

hi! i’ve never used the dk shop before. some items have shipping included so they might be worth sending to you directly. if you have several things maybe using the kaddy could be cheaper.

Hey, firstly thank you so much for your detailed video - it helped me a lot ! However, I have one query regarding the "you buy, we ship" incoming form "Tracking Number" section. I ordered something from Aladin Korea and it is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow 10th of July, 2023 but I still do not have the tracking number (it is not their in my order details), in that case how can I inform the Delivered Korea concern team about the situation? I don't want my parcel to be returned ! Also, i tried their chat (messenger) service and they haven't replied yet !

hi! no worries in that case! Delivered Korea will register the package in the system for you and you’ll just have to add details once it’s been delivered ^^

Hi, I'm encountering a problem with filling up the 'You Buy Orders' My Incoming Order Form. So I am supposed to click on the 'Please submit required info' button on the form because it has been filled up partially by Delivered Korea. However, when I try to submit the form after filling up the necessary details, there is an error message 'Please, Do not put spaces in the tracking number' but there is no way for me to make an amendment to the tracking number because I can't edit it and the tracking number was filled up by Delivered Korea. I have been contacting Delivered Korea regarding this matter for several weeks but the issue hasn't been solved. So I'm wondering whether you have any solution to this issue? Thank you 🙂 Sorry for the long comment.

you can either create an account yourself or use the ‘we buy we ship’ service!
