- Hello! As requested, here's a tutorial on how to buy from Bunjang as a foreigner + some do's and dont's. This is a guide on the actual buying process only, and I made a separate video regarding the prerequisites (i.e., how/where to get a Korean warehouse, Bunjang account, etc.) Bunjang is an online marketplace in Korea where I buy my K-pop stuff. They have regular, limited edition and old albums, photocards and almost everything under the sun! (❁´◡`❁)
I tried to make it as detailed as I could without taking too much time so if you want to clarify anything or have questions, feel free to comment below! I'll answer as soon as I can (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ)

I think this video would've been more helpful if you would have actually walked through the steps of how to buy from Bunjang instead of just an overview and some conversational tips.
Like as a beginner I need to know:
1. How to get a korean address
2. How to do a korean wire transfer
3. How to get the Bunjang app/an account with Bunjang
4. Additional fees associated with all of these things
5. What to do if the seller doesnt send you tracking
6. What to do once your item arrives at the warehouse

Yes, I agree with this. So far this has been one of the most helpful videos but would love to get answers to the pointed listed above. I’d really like to avoid proxy services that charge you per transaction.

Hello, i want to purchase some pcs from buljang,i have a friend living in korea but she is not quite familiar with the whole process and not me too. So the problem is i chose a bulk of pc which is quite cheap i must agree. But again i can't understand if the whole price is for one pc or the whole pc bulk. And also how to i understand if they are scammer or not? Their profile only shows like 10 stars and 15 followers (p.s.: i am not using the app, just the website as i don't have a korean number)
Do they sell fake? I want to buy a luxury brand bag on the site, but I’m worried if it’s legit or not, and I can’t even see the seller
hi! i used the Korean proxy harumio to buy a set for me. now there is no problem with it, but i saw a couple days later that it says on the listing “예약
완료”
i translated it and it means “reservation complete” .. now i don’t really understand the difference between that and “판매
완료”, which means “sale complete”. did the item get purchased or not?
Hello! I'm so sorry for the late reply, I hope this will still be of help to you in the future 🥺 I think that the main difference is that when it's "sale complete", the item got purchased already. It's kind of "sold out." But when it's "reservation complete", perhaps someone is intending to buy it and already talked to the seller but the money has not been transferred yet. So if the person who made the reservation changed their mind, there's a possibility that you can still buy the item.

Hello! You can search "bunjang" on the App Store/Google play. It's the one with a lightning icon and red background labeled "번개장터." They don't have English translations, so I screenshot the page and use Papago to translate it. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any more questions 🤗🥰

I have a question A Korean Warehouse is the same as Korean Locker?
Hello! Thank you for watching the video 🤗 Hmm, I haven't heard of the term "Korean Locker" yet but based on the name, I guess it's not the same. Perhaps a locker will provide you a much smaller space for rent than a warehouse. But I'm not so sure either 😥

However, as a foreigner, how did you sign up for an account with Bunjang, since it requires a Korean phone number? Did you have a friend in Korea buy a prepaid phone plan for you? Also, for the Korean address, do you use a mail forwarding service, or a friend's address...?

To answer the questions, I joined a Kpop marketplace group on Facebook and bought my Bunjang access there from a foreigner living in Korea. That same person also happened to offer Korean warehouse services, so I rented her warehouse too 🤗 Search terms that may help are: wts/lfb bunjang access, korean warehouse, kr warehouse. There are people offering these services/bunjang access on Twitter too~

Can I ask why do you use a vpn?
Hello! I think the Bunjang app is blocked/inaccessible in some locations, so using a VPN allows you to open it. I don't know the specific technical details about it, but based on my experience if I don't turn on my VPN then I can't use the app. Hope this helps! 🤗

You can ask the seller po if okay lang sa kanila pero ang na-encounter ko pa lang is photo proof 🤗

How to know if the seller is scam or legit?
You may view the seller's profile to see their rating from other buyers or you may ask the seller to send you proof/feedback from past transactions 🤗 Others also request their names to be written on paper then photographed by the seller together with the items that you're going to buy~ Hope this helps 🥰

The seller of the bunjang account should give you instructions on how to log in~ In my case, the seller gave me an OTP so I can log in 🤗
