risk is abstracted away by solver. so solvers will take best possible path
may be they can ignore chains which are more risky.

chain abstraction is risk abstraction... but how come is it a risk?
it is not risk for end users
resource locks are in place, and once solver submits proof of credit on destination chain, user's resource lock is released
