Holly sure was crazy to get rid of Caitlin because she thought Caitlin and Hawke were more than friends. Good thing that Hawke and Holly's Uncle Dom saved her and Caitlin from being blown up by the US Air Force.
How would Holly's parents feel about her if they found out that there daughter tried to commit suicide because Caitlin was between her and Stringfellow Hawke and threatened to shoot Caitlin if she didn't drove the helicopter into restricted air space with her on board as well?
This reminded me of the time Airwolf had to save a defector and his family behind the Iron Curtain. The crew of the KC-135 Stratotanker thought that Airwolf was either a Harrier or a SR-71 as it was approaching them to refuel due to how fast it flew on their radar. When they asked the boom operator on what aircraft was going to be refueled, the latter answered - "A helicopter". A bruh moment right there.
Holly was crazy thinking that Caitlin & Hawke are more than just friends, hence she tried to get themselves killed in forbidden territory by the US Air Force. Even if Hawke & Dom tried to explain to them why 1 of his choppers flew into restricted airspace they wouldn't listen anyway.
It still is. However its now primarily used for precision bombing by drones because of its low risk of collateral damage (small payload)! Watch the movie Eye in the Sky!
@@picallo1 It was actually designed for the AH-64A Apache, and while the AH-1W/Z carry them now, for most of their operational existence the Hellfire was carried by just two helicopters, the AH-64 and the OH-58D. The Cobras still carried TOW missiles for most of their operational lifetimes. Now they stick the Hellfire on everything, drones, USMC helicopters, and now even C-130s.
Something that has always bugged me in scenes like this: Bad girl has gun on Caitlain, tells her to keep flying or she will shoot. Caitlain cooperates, even though she knows the military will shoot her down. How about this: Caitlain tells bad girl, " I'm changing course. If you want to shoot me, go ahead, but since you don't know how to fly a helicopter, you'll be killing yourself when you kill me, and your mission will fail either way. Do you really want to die for nothing?" After all, what does she have to lose?
I remember that episode. The problem with that is that she WANTED to die. She had this crazy infatuation with String, and she figured that he and Caitlan had an affair going on. So she decided to punish him by getting them both killed. What you should be asking is why she didn't just shoot Caitlain and then just dive the helicopter into the ocean.
@@Shanbo26- you could be 90% ready to die, but 10% will stop you. (It's always there) People will say it's always that little something that tells you not to. For me it was Chelsea.
The episode in which Caitlin comes to work for Hawke & Dom a few weeks after he saved her life while trying to look for 1 of his war buddies from Vietnam, who got killed by a corrupt sheriff and who's body was brought to Hawke by Caitlin herself to bury him with honors.
Holly should of called mayday as soon as she knocks the other person out. Maybe she did after this clip, mayday mayday "santi air" I have a squak 7500 situation but back in control and I am doing an immediate 180, would appreciate calling off the jets and vector to the nearest safe airport.

I see lots of Mad Over Miami footage.
Just out of curiosity,
Was'nt the "Hellfire" missile originally an "Air to ground" missile that was designed for heavy armor (like tanks)?
