Regardless of stability, I’ve been loving this on PC. This is the first fighting game that I’ve been really interested in, and despite the fact that I’m too slow to actually combo and I still can’t consistently use supers, I’ve really been enjoying it, no matter how many times in a row I lose horribly.
I've noticed that the game uses a pretty bad super reading system, so it's pretty annoying to use them in combo
@@meymeyman3127 This seems subjective just based on how good someone actually is or not, because I have no issues. This isn't a KOF15 situation where everyone was complaining about Vanessa charge machine gun punch and it wouldn't come out sometimes regardless of how good you are. This effected everyone. SNK had a patch to fix this input reading error because it actually was as said an error. What you're dealing with in P4A sounds more like an issue for you. Not the game. I think the patch was 1.11
@@meymeyman3127 I've never had any issues doing a super or special in this game. You might just be doing them too slow or not early enough. This game has a huuuuuuge input buffer. One of the most generous I've seen in any fighting game. It's honestly an issue in some areas if you're coming from other games with smaller buffers.
@@Milpy I personally play fighterz alot, and have no trouble inputting moves, so it may partly be my dislike of double quarter circle super inputs
@@meymeyman3127 That's fair! Just keep at it if you're enjoying the game. My piece of advice is to try inputting the super move slightly before you think you need to.

Man I wish I was somewhat decent at fighting games so I could enjoy P4U with my friends like this, so far I've taken a liking to Junpei and Akihiko cause they allow me to win sometimes just by button mashing thats how ive been able to play at least a bit of the story mode. xD
You just gotta keep at it and be willing to spend lots of time in the lab and lots of time losing. I was absolutely horrible when I started.
@@Milpy I've been trying to get into the habit of playing a least once a day for a bit so I can learn the moves and stuff, the game just goes a bit too fast for me to react to stuff properly so i always end up getting hit or just doing a basic move instead of a special, thanks for the advice though I really appreciate it, hopefully here soon ill be able to hit certain moves consistently.

Game development takes time! It's confirmed for a summer release.
Its apparently fairly difficult to implement rollback into a game whose engine and design weren't made to accommodate it. Summer is fairly quick tbh considering they didn't originally plan on doing it.
