The old 10mm trick, know it well. I personally prefer the 100mm trick, far easier to perform when measuring longer lengths.

Whats the weight on the tray so far? How goods a block and tackle!
I’ve got to get a scale for the crane, but I drew up the tray in 3D CAD on the weekend and the modelling reckoned it weighs 280kg which I don’t think is too accurate haha. Yes that thing is the best money I’ve ever spent
