It's by far the best naval nuke launcher due to being very tanky, and there being no external tells that it's building a nuke. * The Othuum has the highest combined DPS of any t3 main battle unit, and is the only one with splash damage. * The Seraphim SCU is the only SCU that does not have a RAS upgrade. * The Seraphim SCU is the only SCU that has access to Overcharge and Tactical Missiles. * FA's Seraphim appears to have been the original starting point for the Illuminate faction in Supcom 2, not the Aeon. Several units are carbon copies of FA Seraphim units, and most of the weapon names in the code are Seraphim in origin. * At the time of FA's release in 2007 it was considered a 'standalone expansion'; Seraphim was the only playable faction in multiplayer on GPGnet if you did not also own the original Supcom.
I want to point out that a patch a couple years ago (even more) allowed T1 transports to also focus fire their ghetto by giving them a "dummy" weapon that deals no damage but allows them to circle above a target, so ghetto transport with no air to ground weapon can focus fire aswell!
For me the biggest suprise with seraphim was the nuke-facility. Everyone knows that it requires 2 anti-nukes to get it down and most people know it has a lot bigger aoe than a standard nuke. But here's another one: it costs almost no mass to build nukes once the building is done, making it only energy hungry instead of mass and energy.

This Hurted the Big HP Units like Perci and Bricks less, because they have lose less HP per Percent with this Nerf. Thats why you see Bricks and Percis and even Harbingers alot, but almost no Sera builds Siege Tanks because its Trash.
Lobo shells grant vision to contest vs Cybran stealth in tier 2. Same as sera scout plane. One of the few things to do that. Think sera t3 scout does it aswell.
Generally air experimentals should only be built if you have air superiority, otherwise they can be shot down from only a couple passes of ASFs. If you have air superiority, it's probably better to chip away at their surroundings or their army instead of going for the main base. Then you can out-eco them, and from there it's only a matter of time
The little stop button at the bottom left does that for artillery. I think there is also an option on the attack menu he showed that is a cease fire, may be wrong tho.

Cybran T1 land scout has togglable cloaking and stealth as well.
I think it only has stealth which makes it invisible to radar but not invisible to vision.
