For the 2024 intake, IRCC will invite 35,700 people from the remaining pool of potential sponsors who submitted an Interest to Sponsor form in 2020. This will help IRCC reach its goal of accepting 20,500 complete applications.
You can only apply to sponsor your parents and grandparents if your Interest to Sponsor form is randomly selected.

You can apply for temporary visa but not PR yet

1) i have kid with age 25, he lives with me, even though by age limit (above 22) he is not consider dependent, do i have to still metion their name in dependent (BOX #12 of IMM 5768 - Financial evalution form) ?
2 ) i am sponsor for my parents and applying for them by myself , do i still need to fill up IMM 5476 of section B (6) , check mark in box (friend or family member) ?

Just subscribed your channel. I have question pl answer it. My son applied for us in 2020. In my FRC from Pak mentions my two wives and two sons. Both my sons are Canadian nationals. After my son's application in 2020. My first wife (Mother of my son who sponsored us) died in 2021. My second wife will not accompany me as my dependent. Do I show her as my spouse or not. My second wife even visited canada as step mother of my son on his invitation.

Hi. I have been invited and there has been a technical difficulty because of which the account with which I applied and expressed my interest is expired. I have reached out through a webform and they said I need to create a new account. but now I'm confused, should I create one account for myself and one for my parents? or only create one account on Permanent Residency Portal? if the former: where? both on PR portal? one on IRCC portal and one on PR portal (essential principal applicant apply here)? if the latter: what do I enter in 'create new application' and where do I upload my forms and what about my parents forms?
Sorry, lots of questions, but I got to know really late, and I REALLY don't wanna miss this opportunity! Shukriya!

for PGP 2024 , what shoud be uploaded in ** Birth certificate (required ) - Box ? if birth certificate not available ? because as per box only birth certificate should be upload, you can't leave empty because it is "required" box, submit button won't active till you upload "something" in the box , i have affidavit for birth as well other supporting documets, those are not "actual birth certificate" which is uploaded in "supporting document" section, can you please help/explain what need to be upload in "required" upload box , if actual document is not available ? thanks in advance.
