Hi Sir, if there is a set of different Excel files and there are steps applied to them, like merge, combine and group, and there is an update in one/many Excel files in terms of values and it is not possible to update each and every column value, in this case how can we replace the Excel file/files (keeping the same file name) so that the all the steps can/will be applied as it is after file replacement

Bro I have 1 interview quen which i faced , basically in pro licence we can schedule 8 times per a day right .. so interviewer asked me that in 1 workspace having 5 reports so each report can we schedule 8 times or for all 5 reports we can schedule 8 times..? Is that schedule is based up on workspace? Please answer this question

You can refresh each report 8 times per day

In Power BI Pro licenses, the limit for scheduled refreshes is 8 times per day per dataset, not per report.
If you have 5 reports in a workspace and each report is based on a different dataset, then each dataset can be scheduled for 8 refreshes per day. However, if multiple reports share the same dataset, the 8 refreshes will apply to the dataset, regardless of how many reports are connected to it.

Power Bi don't have unlimited connectivity, As you you can publish the report till 200 times only in Basic version.
