One important difference b/t Calculated column & Measure is, calculated column can be used for slicer, where as measure can not used in slicer. if this can tell in the interview, it will be more valued.

I am a power bi developer recently I stuck with a situation in which
I have a table with sales date now I want to show data such that when user will select any date it gets the option of selecting data range like. 7-15 days 15-30 days 30-60 days and many more and all have multi select option
Eg:
User selected 1/1/2024
Now user show have filter in which it has option to see data of 7-15 days means 24/12/2023 to 16/12/2023 and same other filter of 15-30 days from 15/12/2023 to 01/12/2023
With multi select option
what is dataflow in power BI can you explain it. Please create a video with use case.
Dataflow is live query from your source database in power bi Service.
It’s independent and not coming with your power bi report and dataset.
Suppose you need a table that will use in different reports all together then you can create dataflow in power bi service.

As a fresher you should put 5 projects covering Excel, sql and Power BI under 'Projects' section

there is one scenario two table engine and product and in both we have calculated some columns like ActiveEngine in engine and Total Committed, Current Exposure in products and in both we have mode name so i want to built matrix which have all calculated columns from both vs model name , i have used related functions but values i ma not getting correct

I have a topic; can you guys help me understand it? (I faced this question in one of my interviews.).
I have an employee table, another table fct_Attendance_time,
This employee has some columns, such as ID, name, and department name.
The fct_Attendance_time table has every day in and out data (in: 8.30 out: 9.00 again, same employee comes in at 10.00 and out at 11.00). This is just a sample.
for ex 1 employee went outside 10 or 20 also possible.
Now they want to know:
1. For each department, how many employees present and absent need to be shown in visual form, not a table or matrix?
2. The number of visits per employee and how much time is spent in the office.
3. employee time spending percentage per day and previous day,
