@kulicknet your welcome Bruce 🙏 and this coming from a retired Police captain who attended at least 37 Kiss concerts. They should have never let you go!! God Bless, Bruce!!
One of my favorite versions of Kiss . Bruce you are sorely missed! I love the makeup version of the band , but this was my era. I’m so disappointed that I never got to see the band with this lineup or with the late great Eric Carr!!
I was blessed to catch the Creature tour and almost everyone going forward. Vinny was good but Bruce was solid every time and no fluff!!! Eric Carr was fantastic as was/ is Eric Singer
FANTASTIC album! This was MY “Alive,” as I had attended my first KISS concert in October of 1992 on that same tour. Nothing in KISStory sounds quite as polished and heavy as that era does! Thanks, Bruce!
Hey … you did the PodKISST podcast! That was one of the very first podcasts I listened to back in the day. Thanks for the memories and keeping the KISS spirit alive!
My first KISS album shortly after it came out. I didn't know a thing about KISS. A friend let me borrow it, along with Revenge. I was just blown away. Crazy Nights followed then Smashes, Thrashes & Hits. I was now seriously hooked on KISS - and still had NO idea about their make-up years. When my friend told me quite some time after first hearing them, I was blown away and became a die-hard fan!
KISS Alive III is a killer album. Really like the fact that this one is starting with "Creatures of the night" as the opening track. Unfortunately, there are also many great songs from the 80s missing. Anyway. Great album. Great memories. 🤘🤘
Other than Ace, Bruce is the best guitarist that KISS ever had. Thanks for including the entirety of Star Spangled Banner, that version still gives me the chills!!!!
Best ERA the band ever had. They were absolutely perfect at this time. This is something that only happens once. I was lucky enough to see kiss in 1975 and haven't missed the tour since, but there is no other tour that could top this. With the addition of Eric singer these guys were unbelievable. How cool would it be for all three of the shows that were recorded to be released in one great box set. Both audio and video. This was the greatest kiss era ever.
I just recently got into Kiss. I’ve read all their books and worked my way through their discography and I didn’t start getting really captured by songs until Creatures and then the no-makeup era stuff. Really really awesome and what I was hoping for in my mind going into this Kiss adventure
My first KISS show being in Fayetteville NC in '92 at the Cumberland County Civic Center.the statue was very wobbly that nite, Eric looked nervous 😁 still the best show ive ever experienced.Alive III was the icing on the cake for us.felt custom made for us and our experience✌ still have the program
Awesome work Bruce! I became a fan of KISS in the mid 90’s in my early teens. My first alive album was KISS ALIVE III. Absolutely loved that album. I loved the energy I could feel through that album. I absolutely love the Revenge era. You guys were perfect together. Carnival of Souls was a great album too. I’d honestly love to see this lineup happen again.
Easily the best, tightest, polished and rockin' era of the band's playing. Thank you Bruce, for this amazing tribute to that period in rock. Everyone would love to see some more HD restored video from this tour.
On Alive III yall showed yallz azzs off!!! Slap yo momma rock at its finest. My brotha, what you brought to KISS as a guitarist will FOREVER be appreciated by this fan. Thank you Maestro Kulick...Thank you
One of the best live Albums from Kiss, I can remember that I've been waiting for a Kiss live Album for a long time, and then ALIVE III came, I'm still thrilled to this day, but unfortunately the show isn't complete.
Just like on May 19, 1992, the release date May 18, 1993, I waited in my car outside Springfield Mall for the stores to open up. Bought both the cassette (for car) and CD (discman) and instantly played the whole album in the car, top volume. Such a rocking great time. Favorite live album with my favorite KISS closer song, Star Spangled Banner. The original KISS song. You can hit us with all you got...we don't break!
Alive III was my first Kiss álbum when I was 17, Cause I discovered Kiss from my dad's Alive Vinyl. When I listened I beggined to understand the Kiss sound. But, Todat I'm m 39 and I can say frim the bottom of my heart that the formation Of Alive 3 was the best off all kisstory. You were a Wall of sound. I really miss that. Bruce, You were for my the best Kiss at Guitars, even that Ace. i hope someday Alive 3 will be full 2023 remixed and restored to have the justice and respect as it deserv. Grettigns from Argentina!!
Thank you Bruce Very cool, this was kiss at its best, non makeup . I met you and Eric the year before this and you were so kind, you had your hands full of stuff and you set it all down to pose for a picture with me, I couldn't believe it. thank you so much, John Z
My dad introduced me to KISS through the Unplugged MTV special! This same time I ended up listening to my dad's copy of Alive III and fell in love with the album! I had heard ALIVE I and ALIVE II and didn't delve deeper into those until much later. The musicianship on ALIVE III just hit me harder! You and Eric Singer slayed on these shows!
COOL!!! I remember when this came out, I was living in Cairn, QLD, Australia. So cool to get the CD! Then the VHS for Konfidential? Revenge Era clothing was the best non make up stuff, in my humble opinion. Didn't know that about Take It Off. Cool
Amazing album. I wish it would have been a double album. Was bummed that tunes from Asylum and Crazy Nights weren’t added. In addition when I saw you guys in Knoxville I seem to remember I Want You and War Machine being performed and would have been awesome additions.
@@kulicknet I hope that one day an extended version gets released with some of the other songs included. The band was so solid with you and either of the Erics.
I met Bruce way back when alive 3 was just released at a small music store in Columbus, Ohio called Lang music. He rocked some guitar there. I was was just a teenager star struck! I’ll never forget that. I miss how great Kiss is/was at that time with Bruce and Eric.
Awesome video Bruce. I met you just the one time, when you and Eric came to visit us in Australia (as the Reunion Tour) was beginning. My memory of that experience (Coogee Bay Hotel, Sydney) is still vivid. Despite not being in Kiss you were so humble & easy to speak with. Thank you for not just being a kick ass rock and roll 🎸 star, but for being a wonderful person. This era of the band was my favourite for many reasons. Best songs, band sounded great. Happy 30th Kiss Alive III Anniversary 🎉
I was at the Indianapolis recording. So cool to see this, brings back great memories. Love the Bruck Kulick era best. Got to meet him/autograph at the Kiss Konvention. He was very polite and friendly.
Great video, Bruce! Wow, 30 yrs.. I was 12 when this came out and listened to it, religiously with my Sony Walkman on the school bus. This album is as good or better than Alive or Alive II.
I remember,I think it was around the beginning of May,`93,my 22nd b-day,and I was at camp, listening, and drinking a lot, to a KISS special with Lonn Friend and Gene,Paul,(I`m sorry-I can`t remember if Bruce and Eric were there)a crap-load of metal musicians calling in,on Pirate Radio, celebrating Alive III.....I ended up taping the show on cassette and lost one of the tapes, and for 20+ yrs. I`ve been looking for a copy of that show,so I can put the full show into my infamous KISS"library".....NOBODY but me,remembers that show,it seems........From the coast of Maine, thanx Bruce.....
Was 12 when it came out. Remember it like yesterday. Also remember owning bootlegs from that era. Absolutely crazy performance on those bootlegs and of course AliveIII
Perfection...the Bethlehem show from this tour is on TH-cam, and when I found it I thought I'd watch a few songs....then I looked up and it was over, watched the whole thing. Thanks for putting this clip together.
Uno de los mejores album de Kiss. Para yo obtener el cd me tuve que meter una semana al seminario para sacerdotes y si aguantaba me lo regalaban. A sido un exelente regalo 🤘🤘🤘🤘
It was a blessing to see you guys in Houston at the Backstage club on this tour. That was the BIGGEST most powerful show ever at that club. I remember the snakes and cables running out the doors to the generators to power everything. I was literally being crushed along with everyone else in the front row. The club was packed like sardines in a can. I've have never been sweatier since that day trying to keep from being crushed while rocking out. I felt like I had jumped in a pool I was so wet from sweat. Ha ha! Pure crazy! Thank God, Paul heard my screams between songs to ask everyone to back up. I don't know if I would be alive if he didn't stop briefly to ask fans to back up. I'll never forget Gene handing me a bottle of water. OMG! I was so thirsty. Dehydrated! In fact, I think one person was taken up off stage and whisked away if I remember correctly. Eric Singer was just beating the hell out of the drums. I was so impressed because I didn't know what was going to happen after losing Eric Carr. I'm glad it all worked out. Thanks for sharing this cool video, Bruce. Have a Happy Memorial Day 2023!
This is the KISS Live album I listen to the most. The set variety and quality of the recording is the band at it’s very best. Of course, this is my favorite KISS lineup, too.
I was home from Navy boot camp and my parents were taking me to the airport as I was flying out that day to my duty station in Hawaii. I made them stop at the local music store on our way out of town and I bought this cd. I don't remember being overly impressed with it. I didn't really have any feelings about it one way or another. After 30 years I'll give it another listen with new ears and see what I think.
I still have my VHS tape with the Arsenio Hall episode on it! I've always considered Alive III as my first KISS concert, because I got to enjoy it by myself, turned all the way up, and front to back!🤘🏾🎼🎸🔥
Been a fan since 1974 and I was at the Detroit show for the recording of this!! So much great material and plenty that wasn't included on the final release. The band was on fire and other than Alive I, this was by far the strongest era of the band! Happy Birthday Alive III!
Seriously, musically, it all came fully together on the Revenge tour. I was fortunate to see you guys twice in the Chicago area and caught a lot of the other shows on cassette. It was fire and man, I hope you guys get to perform again after the makeup incarnate stops. Though I know Paul's voice will be the challenge, I'm sure he'll rise to it. 🤘🏼😉
Bruce did an excellent job narrating this Documentary!!
Wow, thank you!
@kulicknet your welcome Bruce 🙏 and this coming from a retired Police captain who attended at least 37 Kiss concerts. They should have never let you go!! God Bless, Bruce!!
What kind of amp did u use for this?@@kulicknet
Personally, this is my favorite of KISS’ live albums.
Best setlist, that's for sure.
Mine too!
It’s so good! Kulick/Singer combo is my favorite
Same!
Mine as well!
One of my favorite versions of Kiss . Bruce you are sorely missed! I love the makeup version of the band , but this was my era. I’m so disappointed that I never got to see the band with this lineup or with the late great Eric Carr!!
I concur Curly. Lol
I got to see Eric carr on his last tour back in 1990 on MSG NYC
I was disappointed with alieve 3 where was tears are falling ,all hells breaking loose and bunch other kiss non make up hits
Besides the last reunion this was the last good era of the band
I was blessed to catch the Creature tour and almost everyone going forward.
Vinny was good but Bruce was solid every time and no fluff!!!
Eric Carr was fantastic as was/ is Eric Singer
FANTASTIC album! This was MY “Alive,” as I had attended my first KISS concert in October of 1992 on that same tour. Nothing in KISStory sounds quite as polished and heavy as that era does! Thanks, Bruce!

AWESOME BRUCE!!!!! This is the BEST era of KISS!!!!!!!
This was the high of the non-makup years, boy did it rock.
One of the best Albums from kiss ever...❤😊
For my 17 year old son Kiss Alive III and Revenge are his favorite records, hands down, not even close.
Madrid loves you Bruce!!!
My first KISS album shortly after it came out. I didn't know a thing about KISS. A friend let me borrow it, along with Revenge. I was just blown away. This was awesome! Thanks Bruce! May 5th 1992 Trocadaro, Philadelphia (support act ) Shooting Gallery and KISS.
KISS Alive III is a killer album. Really like the fact that this one is starting with "Creatures of the night" as the opening track. Unfortunately, there are also many great songs from the 80s missing. Anyway. Great album. Great memories. 🤘🤘
I'd love to hear Bruce do a podcast or audiobook on his music career
Alive III was a surprisingly great album, better than Alive II IMO. Always loved Bruce's time with the group, tasteful playing and tones.

Amazing video!! My favorite ALIVE for sure! I can’t believe it’s been 30 years!!!
KISSes from Deutschland, ty Bruce for sharing this with us!!!

It's still one of my favorite albums! I remember the summer of 93, playing that cassette every day, all day long!
Great era Mr: Bruce Kulick
Thanks !!!!!!!!!!!!
Personally, my favorite KISS live album, and the best era of the group too.
I think I can definitely get behind that!
That is a great album! Thank you for sharing your memories of it Bruce!!
Eddie Kramer has always been my favorite KISS album producer. His track record is stellar.

Bruce is a great guitarplayer and a good soul
This album and video was on every day, and watch it with my band after and before rehearsals every time we got together.
I was 11 years old when I got into KISS, and AliveIII came out. This is PEAK KISS.

Easily the best, tightest, polished and rockin' era of the band's playing. Thank you Bruce, for this amazing tribute to that period in rock. Everyone would love to see some more HD restored video from this tour.

Paul completely shined during the unmasked years
I love seeing the guitars up and close!

KISS was on fire during their Arsenio performances. Incredibly tight and inspired performances.
The band was a beast during this era! 🔥. Awesome video. Thank you for sharing. Take care.
