I've been traveling the world full time for the past 6 years and I regret not journaling from the beginning 🥲 I always tossed everything because I live out of a suitcase so I decided I couldn't carry "junk" everywhere (limited space and weight) but arghhhhh! I recently started though cause it is what it is, we can't change the past but can certainly change the future 😋 Great video!

ahhh ive kept a diary/journal my entire life but ive been going through a bit of a slump since writing down my feelings sometimes is just too much (tho it is the only thing that really helps) and this just made me so excited to seriously play around with doodling and junk journaling
