Greetings, my name is Mark Taylor to you AT&T, honestly, my work background is customer service in buildings, restaurants, and I have the accessibility of internet service and I speak Spanish and English.

I am extremely excited to be applying for the WFH Customer Service/ Loyalty position that has opened. I heard about a customer service position previously, although I heard it a little too late and another lucky person snagged it. This time I am not wasting any time and I am looking forward to being a part of the AT7T family.

I applied, passed my assessments and moved to the select interview process. It’s been a week and there still isn’t any interview slots available. I really wished I could get this job.
You have to keep checking the schedule everyday. Slots have opened

I had to reapply to get a slot after a month of consistently checking. Got the interview, and they confused me with someone who wasn't looking for a remote position, and never heard from anyone about a reschedule. Reapplied again today and got hit agin with no slots available
I wouldn't mind working for AT&T, I've been a customer for well over 10 years.

I would like a work from home position but don't see any listed in Michigan. If it's remote can I apply for a position in another state?
you just have to read the job ad carefully, it says which states you actually need to live in. They just released one in my state (CO), so maybe they will do more states!
They only have four remote branches love so you so you would be under the southeast branch cause I’m in Ohio

Who can you speak to regarding remote positions working anywhere in the USA or Texas?
Go to att careers. In the top right you'll see a searching glass hit that and type in remote and where you live. You'll pull up jobs in your area. They won't say remote until you click on them. It's within the description (closer to the bottom)

@@davidoutlaw5105 I wanna say about 3 days. I constantly would check it as soon as I woke up & randomly throughout the day.
I just applied, passed my assessment and now got a video interview in a couple of days.

AT&T is too woke!
At&t be hiring half of these non American speaking foreign people with an overseas accent to work for them who have an overseas accent as customer service preventative to take phone calls for customer service work! Don't waste your time.
