Sounds great. What will i not like about this app?
The look up phone number feature sometimes isn’t correct
Once installed, this app will not uninstall. The VPN in the app will block Ring devices from working.
You can remove the vpn from your iPhone settings!

@@chesterfranklin2642 Just seeing this today. Apologies. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have passed along your issue with Ring to the Technical Development Product Owner so the team can begin working on a fix. She has provided the steps to remove the Device Administrator permission so they can uninstall the Android version of the app. #attemployee
• Go to your phone Settings and tap on “Security & privacy option.”
• Look for “Device administrators” and press it.
• You would see the applications that have device administrator rights.
• Tap on the ActiveArmor Mobile Security disable the privileges and press Deactivate. Confirm on prompt.
• The admin rights are now removed, and you should now able to uninstall that app.
@@chesterfranklin2642 Hi again. Sure hope you see this. To help us troubleshoot, we need to know if it is the VPN from the Mobile App or the VPN from the AT&T Internet. We know they are both under the ActiveArmor name but one is the mobile security app and one is from the Smart Home Manager app.

i'm highly suspicious of anyone offering free help, they should have been doing this automatically before it became a huge problem.
Is the $85 Elite plan price gonna go up, or is it just the older plans?
I think it has gone up. But if u have the free hbo max with the elite plan and u change your bill now, you will no longer have free hbo max.
Under the call protect app the calls are listed and updated. What’s the difference?
We merged the Call Protect and the Mobile Security app into a single app. The free version now includes data security features, previously only available on AT&T Mobile Security. There are also enhancements to the Nuisance Call settings etc. #attemployee

How do I run this program? It asks me for the wireless network number
Under the current version 6.1. I been having problems with it sticking on the different sections and not listening all the incoming and outgoing calls. Had issues with trying to receive calls from my doctors office. Call never ringing and going straight to voicemail.

The recommendation is to either Flag or Send the Spam Risk calls to Voice Mail vs. completely blocking to avoid missing calls you want to receive. Some phone numbers may have been reported as spam enough times to be labeled as Spam Risk despite not being spam. #atttemployee

Everything is going up in price. It's either they have to raise prices cause something on their end got raised. Or they raised the price cause they know we gonna just say fuxk it and just pay it.
