These people have NEVER worked in a call center a day in their lives.
I used to work at a att call center, I was miserable and I hated having to go to work there. It was just a job for me and I needed one. There is nothing rewarding about answering hundreds of calls from angry customers. I worked for the retention call center in houston. Never again!!!!
Saying "Hello, Sir, how can I help you?" everyday 100 times is an exciting job? LMAO
No one has fun doing this. It's all an act.
and if u don't offer in every single call they will fire you
Also they don’t tell you truth, if your numbers (metrics) aren’t good you’re fired
Don’t believe them... it’s a trap
It's crazy how they make this commercials sound like heaven on earth and everyone looks so happy but they should really put people that is on the border of crying and wanting to run away and never look back because call centers are the worse place to work at
The call center wouldn’t be so bad if AT&T didn’t sell stupid landlines. The job however pays really well. $75k easily. Just show up and don’t be late.
These actors deserve an Oscar!
“If you’re looking for a role that’s gonna provoke you...”
Best part of the job is getting cussed out
Call centers are a difficult place to work. I've worked in several when I was laid off from an airline job. Or when I needed a part-time job. Some employees have worked in them for years. I give them credit for being able to stick it out, because the calls can be a strain at times. Not to mention constantly being monitored by supervisors.
LMAO this is so FAKE
get this job if you want a piece of your soul that can never leave
These people giving the interviews were probably outside consultants or officers who either never spent a day on the phones at all or haven’t held a call center position in over a decade.
I dont love my job as an at&t but i need my job. Its not always a stressful shift for me there are customers who can really inspire you, those customers who are appreciative of what you did to them and telling you i really appreciate your help, youve been a big help fpr me today, you made my day better, ive been calling and talking to diff representative and you are heaven sent to me thanks for resolving my concern today... again i dont love this kind of job but with those kind of customer who are very compassionate, they are making it more easier for you to somehow love your job....
At&T is the best account wherein you would learn how to have fun and be a conversationalist
LMAO those call center employees look like execs in suits.
