In this video I am sharing a setup to randomize a brick wall in houdini. Taking advantage of the voronoi fracture and for each loops.

It would have been much more informative if you had clicked each node so that its settings would be revealed. Instead you only make each node active as you go through the network. For instance, you said that you extracted the dimensions of your Bound node to build your curves. I needed to learn how you did that, and a simple click on the node itself would have shown me that.
The curves are built with an add node, set "by group" and selecting the 2 points, for each axis.

Random seed+ is not working for my jitter :( everything is aligned perfectly
