Hi Gabriel, There's no doubt there's a level of comfort there. You have an acceptance of what to expect because you have been there so many times and the anticipation of wanting to go back to visit India was incredibly great. I think you'll be there for several weeks covering many of the places you have been to before.
India is a very special place, this'll be cool!! I've been there only once, 10 years ago, went from Mumbai up to Indore and Delhi, went down to Agra and farther southeast, followed Ganges for quite a while, stopping along a bunch of places ending in -pur, visited Varanasi and ended in West Bengal, flew out of Kolkata. This west to east trip took almost 2 and a half months and there's so much more to see! Never went north to the mountains, or south, haven't even visited Goa (not that I'm particularly attracted to such a touristy place). Can't wait to follow your trip!
Oh my, how I want to return to India! It’s my favourite destination to date, unexpected and amazing, such memories. We luckily got to Pushkar during the camel festival! Best experience EVER!

Amazing, great to see Delhi bustling again after COVID. Also, I'm always blown away that the locals can wear jeans and long sleeve dress shirts in 99 degree weather without breaking a sweat.
My first and only trip to India was for 3 months also starting Oct 1999, mostly by train. Passing through Jaipur I went to Jodhpur and the Jaisalmer on the edge of the Thar dessert, Christmas night sleeping out in the open. Also went to a good few other places you mentioned. I went to Nepal instead of the India northwest, so many places still to see. Amazing how the street scenes and sounds are still just like I remember them from 22 years ago.

It was 1992, I was 19 and what started as a 3 months backpack trip ended up being a 2 year journey during which I made lifelong friends! I never went to Rishikesh although I am a huge Beatle fan! I returned from India 10 days ago. I only had the 30-day E-Visa so it was a rushed 30 day trip. The 15 days on Agonda Beach were quite relaxing. One of the travel agencies that Gabriel walked by across from the train station ripped me off for 750 rupees. I was sold a bus ticket to Vrindavan. Mr, Anirban Bose, As a Bengali would like to put up this question of mine. From which small beautiful towns and Villages do you come from ???????????????? 🤔🤔🤔🤔😕😕🤔🤔😕😕🤔🤔😕😕🤔🤔😕😕😕😕🤔🤔🙏🙏🙏🙏
Traveling in the peak summer will be tough. Try visiting Shimla, Manali, Mussoorie, Leh, etc to beat the heat in the main parts of India. Some people are suggesting South India but South India will be even more difficult with the heat and humidity. So try visiting Himalayan states like Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
When I visited India in september - october 2014, my first hotel was located across the street from the temple at 11:40! It's still the best trip I ever did, I spent 5 weeks travelling around the north-western India. I visited Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Rajastan, Varanasi and many other places, I will never forget it. I hope I can go back someday, maybe I'll go to the south then also... Anyway, the swastika symbol was used here in northern europe (I'm in Sweden) in ancient times also. I've seen it alot on old jewelry from the period just before the viking age, sometimes together with runic writing. Nobody knows anymore what it meant exactly...
I could never understand why western tourists choose the shadiest hotels for their stay. Paharganj is the worst locality to be in, for a little more money one could stay in CP side with lot cleaner streets and food. But I guess cows and honking a$$holes is what entices the audience.
No idea why all Tourists go to Big Cities in India. Try out Countryside and Small Towns and Villages, These are much more Beautiful, Pollution Free and Relaxing. They also a breath of fresh air from Bustling Towns and Crowds.
Namaste, most honoured to be messaged by your good self Gabriel sahib! I trust all is going well in N. Africa. I hope to escape England this winter and get back to Asia but as I refuse to get vaccinated (I am on the same wavelength as UP sate Chief Minister Adityanath on this one) or tested for C19 I am currently restricted to revisiting Malaysia or Vietnam. Anyway hope to see you in Bengal sometime and happy travels.
Yes, some foreign visitors especially European and North American visitors romanticized the chaos and "energy" on the streets, but after a while they would find such way of life is quite annoying and unpleasant.

INDIA LIVES AND BREATHS NOT JUST IN BIG CITIES, BUT SMALL BEAUTIFUL TOWNS AND VILLAGES... IF POSSIBLE TRY TO VISIT SOME UNCHARTERED TOWNS TOO....
I believe your capslock is on.

I AS A INDIAN BELIEVE IN COMMENTING WITH CAPS LOCK ON PARTICULARLY WHEN ITS

Mr, Anirban Bose,
As a Bengali would like to put up this question of mine.

How was your experience in Rajasthan, I am from Rajasthan?😅😅
Damn
You travelled more india than most indian would even think of
I could never understand why western tourists choose the shadiest hotels for their stay. Paharganj is the worst locality to be in, for a little more money one could stay in CP side with lot cleaner streets and food. But I guess cows and honking a$$holes is what entices the audience.
Hallo Gabriel, I am from kolkata, west bengal, india.
I was following yr trip to kosovo n all , a very hearty welcome back to India.
I'm watching from Hargeisa Somaliland 👋 Gabe i love your Indian Vlogs
Awesome, thanks for watching.
No idea why all Tourists go to Big Cities in India. Try out Countryside and Small Towns and Villages, These are much more Beautiful, Pollution Free and Relaxing. They also a breath of fresh air from Bustling Towns and Crowds.
I agree, the smaller towns are the best. I'm going to a small village next.
11 times to India but not once to Calcutta? Bizarre - I found the City of Joy to be the most interesting and most pleasant to visit of the big 4.
I agree, I want to see it. I've never made it to the northeastern area at all.
Happy to see this! My favorite GT videos are you in South Asia.
man my anxiety level just went up 100 percent ..looks like the people are great but the chaos would kill me.
Yes, some foreign visitors especially European and North American visitors romanticized the chaos and "energy" on the streets, but after a while they would find such way of life is quite annoying and unpleasant.
Your the man bro !! Love and Light !! 😍
Coolest Video, time to binge them again
This place looks incredible, so full of life! Would love to visit, but delicate western stomach prevents it sadly!
Oh god, you are back. Lot of old memories 😍😍
