Something about a SBF; they sound so good.
Nailed it
Love all the edits, too funny. Was real refreshing to see how that lil 347 made power with ease.
I believe he said it's a 427. Super rad still tho
Plug reading video. Show us oh great sage. I'm interested

Awesome content Joe! I always look forward to your tuning videos. Keep up the good work 👍🏼👍🏼
Keep it up man, love the videos! My favorite TH-cam channel!
Your videos are the best! Funny and informative.
as always. informative and entertaining to watch.. good shit. keep them coming.
😂 the edits have me cracking up. Good content overall, I just subscribed. 😎
First time watching your videos WOW excellent !!!!! Thank you!!
Always leaving out the parts of the log I really wanna see. Damn trade secrets 😉
Awesome car Ford power forever baby
Great video. Enjoy seeing the process.
Awesome channel! Very nice square body and fox!
Love the edits😂 great channel. Keep up the great work. Car is a monster. Keep em Ford powered 💪🏾💪🏾🚀
Dude your amazing!!! At this
Perfect timing. Back with another banger
Atleast I know you didn't get one of the bike shop guys to come hit the gas. Would have been banging off the limiter uncontrollably. lol
Haha i know right!
Another good one
That’s badass.
Nice work, the car owners must pay you good to be working on the cars while you try to dyno. I don't know anyone in my area that would do what you're doing. Move out here to the west coast
AHAHA that intro was gold
Love it
that thing needs a bigger cam! beautiful car, looks and sound great
I been watching your videos for a while now and I'm surprised to see a Ford with a Ford engine still in it
Sick.
Nice!
this car sounds way too good
Nice intro! Booooing
Great video! You need to get yourself an easy-up Joe. Create some shade
DBW you can modify the tps table at the first point to raise the rpm and then you can go ahead and do your thing.
Weird question but how did you like that shifter? Leaning towards a ppp for my build.
Idk how conservative you were on timing, but that tq number says there’s some left in it up top
Nice
I would also consider that good
It was hard to stop there it has so much left in it!
Lmaooo that intro.
That silicon valley cip! butthole doctor HAHAHAHHA love the videos!
!!!HOLLY SHIT!!!
...now I'ma watch the video...
Got dam
Shooot! Thats a bad ads set up! I hate this saying but there is really still plenty left to use at the track! I love a well built SBF. And that 427 ain't even got no crazy heads(just judging off n/a #s)! Awesome car, was it on drag week 2019?
Yea this thing can make hundreds of horsepower more! I honestly don’t know much about the history. If it has done drag week previously it would have been a totally different set up.
Damn bro, help me buy that 😀
hey joe when turnning up the boost besides watching the afr gauge should i be watching the fuel CL COMP also, thanks bud
Actual afr is more important but i put both next to each other so you can see them at the same time
@@JoeSimpsonAtTempest thanks brother
Joe Simpson, can the holley dominator engine management systems be configured to read individual cylinder egt's and is that how this Mustang is set up?
Yes and yes
@@JoeSimpsonAtTempest I love ur videos. They are great and u are awesome!
He said it’s weird it still has a Ford motor in it… 🤦♂️
What are you gapping the plugs to??
Nice video. What fuel was being used?
E85
@@JoeSimpsonAtTempest Very nice!!
What plug gap did you end up with? How much boost?
I think .018 at 25lbs. Voltage was likely the real issue.
@@JoeSimpsonAtTempest 10-4. Thanks for the reply. I have a 427 sbf 10-1, 227cc highport heads, e75 and it made 1218rwhp at 27 psi. I think my timing is probably too safe. I'm at 14°. Plug gap was either 16 or 18 and was still clean.
Which Borg turbos are those?
They are CRT Borg billet wheel 76’s with .81 exhaust housings.
Kenny Powers, “butthole doctor”, SBF! This video has got everything.
😂😂
That window buckle is pretty cheesy. He needs to watch the Tim Mcamis video on window net mounts. smh
I thought more like dumb as hell, such a nice car but that’s a stupid way to mount the net. Beat your brains out every time you get in an out
Car has since been updated with the McAmis mount. Didn’t know it was available when I built the car. Thanks for it the info about the mount.
What did it end up making on pump gas?
I honestly don’t remember that was a while ago
@@JoeSimpsonAtTempest damn I gotcha, no worries. Badass tuning though for sure
@@_A_Daytona_ i know we didn’t push it on pump gas as it primarily runs e85
@@JoeSimpsonAtTempest yea definitely, I sorta figured but I was curious for shits an giggles
What fuel?
Sorry, too dumb to read first. 🤦🏻♂️ bad ass!💪🏻
God damn that thing just wanted to shit power
Can I get that job
