Two Types of Parkinson’s (there’s actually more but you get the drift).

People have this image of an elderly man bent over went a trembling hand as he shuffles along. That would be a mistake.
30% of us don’t have a tremor and there’s thousands of us diagnosed before age 50.

I went from having a functional tremor to a dystonic tremor to Parkinson's and only just discovered the two main types of Parkinson's and I think I have the second type like you

I think I have non tremor dominant Parkinson's. This makes total sense to me. I'm now off of my arthritis meds due to a heart condition and I'm getting stiffer by the day. My doctor said use Tylenol. I feel like I'm starting all over again.

This has been hard for others to understand. There’s been so much research with conclusions either inaccurate or irrelevant for individuals. Telling everyone to go get exercise is very wise. But if we want more refinement than that, which we desperately do, we must consider multiple factors.
