I’m a big time “foodie” and this episode was awesome making me hungry all the way here in Chicago. That food looks absolutely delicious! I’m wishing that grocery/restaurant tremendous success. Midway through watching this, I had to briefly pause to go and make a sandwich. This was a fun episode!

I 💖 Halloumi I cook with it often and I BBQ with it often It is one of the few kinds of cheese you can put on a grill.
There is a restaurant called Mediterranean Kitchen not far from Night Safari, in Chiang Mai,.(Hang Dong, technically) ..the owner is German or Austrian. Their cheese cooler is bigger than my apartment. Stephan is a cheese artist.
It's like Natty feeding her pet chubby rat at home!!!!

WOW thats the 1st time you got me missing Europe (not England) but Danmark, France and my the best country ITALY . I could live in that shop, tho I wished when they tried the cheese they would sip with both Red & White wine or Port to taste . Having said what I have said I can not belive that all that Cheese is made in Thailand. I miss Italy so much but if I can get localy produced cheese to that standard in Thailand from what is a beautiful Bistro, then I could happily Eat the Cheese and leave Italy to my Memories . Next time I am in Bangkok that Bistro is on my todo list .

Blue cheese from Italy? Really......... its been made in Italy too, but the no. 1 blue cheese country is: French. Very nice its been produced in Thailand too 👍

i think the blindfold looks very natural to Jay. Blends in very well. Almost no difference.

Thai sourced cheese is absolutely utter crap! If you want a decent cheese, try New Zealand Mainland vintage cheddar! You will thank me after u try. Usually available at major supermarkets in Thailand. Of course u get screwed with their stupid import taxes,!
